Love the form and function of the custom dynamics low profile rear brake/tail lamp. The lights are brighter than the stock single bulb that help you be seen further away, plus it gives the motorcycle an overall better look.
Of course the order and shipment processes provided by Revzilla are excellent. After many years of great service I've come to expect no less. What I was not certain of was how much better the new Sand 5 gloves are compared to the Sand 4 version. Much more comfortable and a far better design. Well done on this update Rev'It.

My hubby has worn same size over 2 years... thats the size we ordered he said it was at least 2 sizes too small... then we wanted to exchange it ( which we were told we could do one time for free) and they said no you need to buy a refund label at $9.99 and return it for a refund... then you can order a new one. So after i finally got you to agree with the free label, you did not even carry a shirt 2 sizes bigger.
Shoes I purchased are not wide enough for me to wear. Very poor design. Because of a past experience trying to return a windscreen that did not fit, I'm not going to bother trying to return these shoes. I used to spend a fortune with this company and this is my first purchase since my prior bad experience with their customer service.
I ordered 2 helmets first one was full face so small sent back and got refunded minus shipping. Since you don't exchange i ordered a totally different helmet from someone else. Now on to the second helmet it's a half and it's to big so sending it back also. Why don't you do exchanges on helmets it would make the return process faster. Oh well now to order the right size

Purchased a large jacket based on sizing and it was way too small. I submitted a return and dropped it off at FedEx with the purchased return label and have not received my return yet. I wish there was an option to exchange for next size up.

My 2024 Suzuki V-Strom eats rear tires. I had tried out a different tire model and was getting better wear out of it but that last 1/16" of tire wear was disappearing fast. Early Thursday morning I went online and ordered a new tire, from Revzilla, and lo and behold the tire was delivered Friday by noon the next day. Incredible! I shaved the tire that evening then brought the bike to the Suzuki dealer who mounted, balanced and installed it. Kept me safe Revzilla - Thanks!
Surprised at how few rear tire options for my 2024 Suzuki V-Strom there are. That machine EATS rear tires!
The mirrors I ordered are perfect but one of the gloves in my 2 glove set looked worn down and has a small hole in the side of the finger. Not a big issue but a quality check before you send the package would be cool.

I ordered a front tire for my motorcycle and the shipping label was poorly placed so the tire traveled around the USA to finally get shipped back to Revzilla for a new label. It took an extra week to arrive and I had to cancel 2 appointments I set up to have it installed. Not happy with the service!
While shopping for a new helmet I got on the RevZilla site. What a great selection! It was almost overwhelming but thanks to the several filters it was easy to narrow down to my final choice. The video descriptions were extremely helpful as well. And on top of that I got a great deal. I am Thrilled with my new helmet!
The good: the selection is incredible and the information is great, great video reviews. The bad: the selection is overwhelming so it's difficult to make a decision. But I guess that's really a good thing too.
The lights work great. The running light, brake lights, and turn signals. Unlike Indian's saddlebag lights. Installed on a 2024 Indian cheiftain dark horse. Over priced but does the job. Nice and bright as well. Shipping on the other hand was slower than a downs syndrome turtle with broken legs.

My experiences with Revzilla have regularly been productive. I am able to set a specific motorcycle for which I am searching accessories, as well as the type of riding equipment for which I have interest. If in stock, I can quickly and easily make a purchase, and typical delivery times are reasonable. I rarely have any issues, and the Revzilla team are typically there to assist as best they can.
I have placed an overseas order. Customer service wrote me that it usually takes 10-14 days.
I wrote back saying that I will not be at the address after ten days and it will be a problem for me. I asked for their help to accelerate my shipment with a sense of urgency.
I have received my package in 8 days for Scotland.

The supposed 10% discount code didn't work on my first order. My order was shipped in three parts. One arrived in a few days, the other took more than a week, and the last part took almost two weeks. What a disappointing experience.
The site wouldn't honor my first-time order code for a 10% discount, so after all of that shopping and time, I didn't get any benefit for my first order.
