Double the fun

I bought two pair of moto foot gear - waterproof boots and street bike sneakers. Usually it's difficult to get a perfect fit, these were great right out of the box. Shipping was fast, ordering was easy with the descriptions and reviews to add to the research.

Easy return process

I ordered a helmet I thought would fit because I had an older similar version, but it ended up being too narrow. I was able to request a return label and take it to a local fedex shipping center all in an afternoon. After a few days of shipping the return was processed quickly and I got a refund. My only complaint is that bell makes the star too narrow for me now. Would do business with Revzilla again (already have).

I ordered a tail tidy and it was everything I expected it to be. The shipping took an unacceptable two and a half weeks. The worst part is there is no recourse for customers to get assistance. You just have to wait and hope it eventually gets delivered. I could have bought the same parts from Amazon or eBay and had shipping support and proactive notifications of delays.

I absolutely love my new helmet! It fits wonderfully and is so pretty! However, I do wish that there was a video of it since the colors on the dream catcher does change depending on the light. Just from the photos it looked like a golden-brown color. While the actual helmet is like the scorpion paint that changes from purple, green, pink and brown. Still a great helmet, just would have liked a better representation of it on the website.

The delayed shipping was extremely frustrating. Frankly if I'd known it would take that long to ship I could've and would've gotten the same product from Amazon in less than half the time time it took just for RevZilla to get it the mail. When the product arrived I was disappointed to find that it's only partially leather. The huge gauntlet cuffs, the reason I purchased these gloves and their defining feature, are not leather but some kind of plastic. I love RevZilla but I'm super disappointed with this one.

Poor quality product

Unfortunately the street and steak pants I received were of poor quality, and the stitching is unraveling after a short ride. After contacting customer service regarding the issue, they've give silent on me for 5 days and I have no idea what to do about getting a refund. Very frustrated to pay $150 and I can't wear or return the product.

Ordered and within 3 days and it was delivered to my doorstep in Canada. I've had pretty awful shipping experiences with Revzilla always taking 2 weeks or longer and even had one order never appear. Thank goodness FedEx is being used now, i'm more inclined to buy more often with Revzilla as they are really good with their inventory and having new items in stock immediately.

Great Clear Visor

I ordered this clear visor to be able to have visibility in the rain and in the evenings when there is not as much light present. It fit my helmet perfectly and was not damaged at all from shipping. Packaged nicely as well. Would order again, its durable. Thank you RevZilla.

I bought the Revzilla rain suit. It fits on top of my normal riding gear. It is an awesome way to go. It provides not only blockage from rain and snow, it allows for about 15-20 degrees warmth. I'm an Arizona boy, so I like riding in the 70-90 degree range. Last week I had to ride in sub-30 degree weather. The rain gear really helped. I normally wear a large, but with the advice of a friend, bought the XL. It's just way easier to get in on and off. My order arrived quickly. Normal shipping was fine. Only took 4 or 5 days from time of order. Was super happy with the ease of the process. The suit packs up real small. Will definitely be in my packing gear for Italy ride across the Dolomites this fall.

First Revzilla Return

As a Revzilla customer since 2013 with over 20 orders, I have never needed to return an item. My latest order of tires was the first. The rear tire arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and a return label was sent within 20 minutes. I sent the tire back the next day and Revzilla sent me out a replacement tire. They even added $20 Revzilla cash to my account as a bonus. Outstanding customer service.

I ordered parts for my motorcycle (brake pads) and selected the "next day" shipping. I did not receive my order until a few days later. Yes, I was a bit frustrated and shared my discontent with RevZilla. They were quick to respond and handle the situation. A refund for the shipping was applied and an explanation of what happened was given. They handled everything with professionalism and care.

I got what I ordered.
The only thing I would change is making the packing smaller or shipping everything in the same box. I ordered a motorcycle oil filter and air filter. They came on separate days in separate boxes that were WAY bigger than what was ordered. I don't need the extra packing materials to get rid of.

Motorcycle mirrors

I ordered a replacement mirror for one bike and a set of mirrors for a different bike, same order. They must have came from two different suppliers. I received one in 4 or 5 days and the other took twice as long. The tracking for FedEx was poorly updated, showed they set in NV for 3 days. I know it's not the sellers fault, they prepared for shipping quickly. Not impressed with FedEx

Received the wrong color helmet.

Due to a glitch with the website I ordered the wrong color helmet even though the picture on web page showed the correct color. I didn't catch the woman's name that helped me with my return, but she was exceptional in the process. Because of her over the top customer service I didn't have to reschedule my MSF course.
