The system did not acknowledge my new account even though it had sent me an email to activate it. When I sent a "forgot password", it told me there was no account with my email!? I created a new account with the information again, and it finally worked after messing with it for over 40 minutes. :(

I can only buy when the products are 50% off. When those notices come through, they are not listed as from Revgenetics, but as 50% off whatever the product is. That is a little confusing, because at first look, the email looks like spam. Suggest having Revgenetics mentioned as where the email is from...
I'm not sure why it shipped DHL, then reached a hub and switched to FedEx. We had trouble locating the package received by the mailroom as I received a notice that a DHL package had been received and signed for. Staff searched all over but one could not be located. Finally, someone found one for me that's was from FedEx though, which turned out to be it.
It would be useful to have estimates on shipping times to be able to make an informed choice on standard or priority.
Initially, I'd paid for priority shipping to an address in Chicago at a total cost of $180 including the order. However, the shipment did not arrive on time and I had to return to the UK. I was worried the package would still be sent to Chicago so I promptly contacted RevGenetics and Anthony Loera dealt with my order. I have to say, Anthony was excellent. He made provision, at no extra cost, for the package to be sent to my home address in the U.K. And I'm very happy to say it arrived safely with DHL a few days later. I think there was initially a supply problem with the MetaCurcumin but everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Great job RevGenetics. Would I be able to avail these kinds of shipping prices to the U.K. In the future?! I hope so. I'll be leaving this feedback on google maps too and please feel free to publish this anywhere else you think it may help.
Have been trying to order for 2 days. Will not let me login. Does not recognize my email or password. Cannot open a new account as it rejects my email. Have called to straighten it out, put on extensive hold and told to leave a message for call back. Left message, no callback. I doubt this company is even interested in sales. It's customer service and website suck!
Hi, I made a rather expensive order to RevGenetics and expected it to be delivered by now, but from the tracking, I see it hasn't been shipped. I have contacted them twice via email but haven't received a reply yet. From what I see so far either it's a scam or just very poor customer service.
Since supplements aren't regulated by the FDA, transparency is very important to me when buying these. I have bought their Nitro Resveratrol several times in batches, so have spent a lot of money to them. Recently it came to my attention that one of the ingredients in this product, Polysorbate 80, is quite controversial as it has been linked to colon cancer. I asked a question about the dosage on their site, but they answered 3 months later (and only privately) that the product has been renewed without this particular ingredient. Since I bought a whole batch I still have a lot left so I asked them again how much Polysorbate 80 is in this, as I am worried it might not be safe. They then replied that the formulation is a trade secret and they cannot answer my question. They also had my question removed from Amazon. You would think they could at least disclose information on the dosage of one particular, controversial, ingredient. I am not asking for the entire formula. The lack of transparency and need to keep hiding or removing my questions is really disappointing and makes me pretty distrustful of the company as a whole. I'll be buying my resveratrol elsewhere in the future.
Update - I appreciate the quick response from the company. Most of my complaint was based on the fact I barely got a response before and never an answer to my question. For a consumer, it's hard to decide whether to take a supplement or not when you can't be sure about the dosage of one or several of the ingredients. Studies always mention what levels they have found to be safe, but that's not of much use when you're not sure how much of it you're ingesting yourself.

We actually listen to the science and change our formulations based on the best studies available. Accordingly, polysorbate is not carcinogenic (https://go.drugbank.com/drugs/DB11063) and we used it in the past because the FDA said it was safe (GRAS). Having said that, we understand that people want a vegetarian product that works as good or better than the Nitro. Yes, we recently changed our formula because the public demands vegetarian and clean label ingredients without strange flow agents, emulsifiers, etc.
In the USA we don't sell the old formulation of Nitro that N. D. is talking about, because we listened to our customers.
Our current formula is still a unique formula, and its formulation is still a trade secret, but we have taken the Polysorbate out of the formula and stopped using Gelatin capsules. We traded in the gelatin for HPMC, which are vegetarian capsules, and use a better type of Resveratrol in the new formula that is absorbed passively and actively and its half-life in the body lasts almost 4 whole hours. We feel it's the best on the market, I think many who take it will agree.
I ordered a supplement from RG and personally called the company to ask if they could send in an expedited manner regardless of the cost I was willing to pay as my daughter needed this supplement ASAP. They explained all the issues they had shipping from Florida to Toronto so I suggested the solution was simple - take all their packages to the post office and simply send it EXPEDITED - nothing gets hung up in customs and I get packages in 1-2 days from anywhere in the US with no issues at the border. Here we are 9 days later and the package has moved from Florida to NY. Can hardly wait - perhaps I'll get the supplement I personally called for due to the extraordinary importance of starting the treatment in another few weeks and will include duties and brokering fees as they used some totally obscure shipping company I've never even heard of. How difficult is it to ship through the postal service and provide good customer service. Don't bother ordering with a company who could care less about their clients. Zero stars
We cannot verify comments on Sitejabber, as having been actual customers. However, we do offer expedited shipping as one of our options for shipping on checkout. International customers can either get economy shipping (7 to 14 days) at a low cost or expedited shipping using DHL Worldwide Express at a premium cost. Both of the options show up at checkout and the selected shipping option is on the receipt the customer receives so that there are no surprises. When a customer gets upset about shipping internationally, it's usually because they believe our estimate is wrong and they believe it will get to their country faster than what we have stated on our website. For any other international customer, we stress that economy shipping may take 7-14 business days. For Domestic US customers its quick, usually a few days.
These products have not done anything to change my rate of physical improvement. There seem to be better supplements for cheaper.
No obvious issues with the merchandise. One suggested improvement: Tell users what the cutoff time is for same-day shipping + whether shipments also go out on Saturdays. In my case the shipment did not go out until 4 days after I placed the order.
I liked the product. It was delivered on time and not damaged. I didn't notice much of the results yet, but I took only 25G so far. May be I have to continue taking the product longer to notice results
Was a bit disappointed that I paid a bigger price and then soon as that order was placed I straight away got an email with a big discount price. Disappointing. Wonder why I got that email sooo soon after first order. Not happy

User friendly with questions answered in good time considering time difference & helpful website, change of country for cost is easy & very fair, took only 2wks to receive, products in excellent packing that I could recycle & it's only been 2days using so will let U know how I feel. Fingers crossed, hormones & energy will be less sluggish. I'm extremely healthy living though since turning 48yrs, body has started to slow oddly, running isn't as easy, periods are heavier, weight training has lessened & ive gone from 30x25mtr lap pool to 12! Tried everything so fingers crossed.
I started out many years ago with resveratrol and soon graduated to Nitro. And have been on NMN ever since and it never fails to lift your energies up. Every morning right before breakfast.to give you that boost for the whole day. And I can take to my twice a week 6km jogs without batting an eye. Me in my mid 60s and my wife of middle age. I truly recommend more seniors not to ignore this kickstart to your daily regime.

I think these need to be shipped with cold packs and dates of when the item was originally manufactured. Worried about the quality and I have no way of knowing whether this was sitting inside warehouse for months and that's why it was on sale

I love this product. I have never tried another company's NMN, but have read reviews that complain about clumping. This NMN is flaky and I can honestly say I feel energized and vital as a result of taking it.
