All issues with the order were beyond your control but the Canadian tax and fees added $CDN 21.40 to the cost.

Shipping was timely, I have no review on product because I have only been taking it approximately 2 weeks as of today I see no benefits but I'm sure I'll need to take at least 6 weeks to see any benefits

I bought NMN from RevGenetics in 10/2019. After I used for 1 week, I had canker sore breakout in the mouth and had to stop using it. Not sure what happened there.
This is my 3rd order already within 2 month time. Before I purchase, I have done a lengthy research on similar product but different brand name. Also sending questions to enquiry about their products in term of ingredients purity and etc... I want to make sure the thing that my family and myself taking is safe, premium quality and no any doggy ingredients etc...(I know out there there are some based on my working experience in pharmaceutical industry). And more importantly the product is made in USA. After sending the inquiry emails, only one company that reply me, it is the Revgentics. My parents initially start taking NR while waiting for NMN order. The results so far so good and feel very happy about that because my parents stay healthy than before. My whole family also taking the reverastrol capsules.
The online order platform is easy to use and you can check your order history(this is important as it can help you track record). The international shipping carrier is excellent. I can check online and the carrier can send you a notification email to update your shipment parcel. Very impressive indeed! (Before I don't like shipping US web stores as have too much hassle about the shipping carriers).
Lastly, the revgentics websites provide different shipping address and billing address. It means I can purchase the item in Australia and ship the item to parents in overseas. Well done!
Easy to navigate site, however, the delivery of purchase took 18 days; that's far too long for a shipment from Florida to Toronto
I was pleased that it gave the option to calculate the delivery fee before going through actual shopping. Very convenient

Overall experience was good, easy, just picked up the product today, so can't comment on good it is yet.
This last order of NMN seemed to be over due and not tracable once it left the USA and I answered your follow up email sent on the 29th January (US date) that I hadn't received the order. But I jumped the gun because the order reached me today which is the 31st of January (Australia time) I hadn't accounted for the time lag between the two countries, so I should have waited another day in answering whether I had got it or not.

Smooth proces so far and received all the goods I ordered. In a decent amount of time, because it was Christmas time! Happy new year for everybody!
There was a note from German customs on the packaqge saying it should have been posted to them - so I am not sure how to proceed with further orders.
