You pay way too much money for a cheap product that not only comes with labels bubbled like they were applied by a child m, but they are dangerous as well. One exploded sending glass all over my living room. Jewelry is cheap and revealed some broken. Wrong ring sizes in candles. Shipment came covered in oil. Terrible customer service. We won on their monopoly game and never received the prizes despite multiple attempts to reach out. My consultant stopped selling because of her awful experience as well. It's a shame. Great concept. Terrible company. Please save yourself the headache and money.
My husband bought me one of the candles and it said that ring inside is worth between $100-$5000. I went to look to see how much my ring was worth and it's only worth $10.00. False advertisement, I will never buy these candles again!
I bought one the bombs just to see what it was all about. The stone was beautiful... I was told it was. 925 stamped and was sterling silver. I got the ring about a week and half later. The stone was loose and the first day I wore it, it turned my finger green. I won't be wasting my time or money again. Hope this helps someone else!
I was a rep four years ago I did the tier deposits for the leased jewelry and actually almost sold completely out in my first week here's the kicker I made 100$ and sold over 1500.00 worth of jewelry. I decided it wasn't for me and called into make sure my left over inventory was right but they had it so screwed up so needless to say I never even got my deposits back… Also the rings were from wish it's crazy its such a scam
Had an issue with shipping. Me and another person in my household both ordered from the company. Coroprate office decided to combine our orders for shipping. There was no communication that they were going to do this. When I inquired about it all they say is we go by last name and address because they believe its same person. They did not offer an apology or a solution to the situation. There was a reason me and the other person did our orders separately.
The jewelry isn't real not even valued close to what they suggest. The candles do not keep a scent after about 1/4 of the way down and they aren't made from soy so they will effect your walls furnace and air conditioner. Best to shop for jewelry on wish.com or Amazon cheaper
I had to quit working for them and i returned all items back in May of 2019 in exchange for my deposits to be refunded as agreed. As of November 2019 they still have not refunded. I finally got an email today ( I have been emailing since. May) that stated that they never received my items. It was a poor set up from the start and I should have known better.
When you go under someone to sale and they say over and over they will help you. And they never do. Consultants, do not help there down line at all! If you dont do anything for them they wont do anything for you! Also when you quite the business, you still need to be professional. Dont go blocking people just cause your mad! The jewelry is fake, and over priced!
Ordered a ring opened on live reveal, consultant sends it to company to be cleaned ECT. Company loses it consultant worked with me for 3 months tells me company will send me ring and a little something for my troubles finally 3 months later send me an ugly ring no apology and nothing "for my troubles"
Used to work there as a consultant. The CEO, Amanda Brunson aka Amanda Blockson aka Amanda Charnley is a crook and a swindler. She owes myself and hundreds if not thousands of past consultants their deposits and final commissions. She buys cheap jewelry that turns you green from places like Temu, AliBaba and Wish. Search up some of the pieces for yourself and see! She is also in ongoing court litigation for stealing loan money. Search her name, you'll find it. Do yourself a favor and don't support or join Reveal, Reign Beauty or any other business venture she may start up. It's nothing but an MLM! It's time to pay your dues, Amanda!
If you haven't already seen the latest Facebook craze when people go live and reveal beautiful jewelry and Pearl's, then let me explain how this works. You sign up with this company, become a consultant by purchasing their start up pack, and go live on Facebook revealing jewelry that is in cased in what is essentially a small bath bomb. Friends and family purchase the 'bombs' for around $25.00 and you watch as beautiful jewelry is revealed. Sounds great... and it is. It's fun to watch the excitement of the reveal and not knowing what you will get. The down fall is... once the jewelry is revealed the consultant then has to send the jewelry back to the company where they then box it and send it to you. Problem is it takes weeks to months to get your product. I waited over a month for my products and am still waiting on some. I have spent literally hundreds of dollars with this company supporting my friend who was a consultant. It pained me to watch her have to struggle to make her customers happy while having to constantly reassure them that their product was on the way... only to not arrive when promised.
Also the quality of the products where sometimes sub par. Most of what I received was very pretty... but not as valued as it was stated. One ring had an msrp of $300.00 and the stone was crooked in the setting and was clearly not worth hundreds of dollars.
My suggestion to the company is to let your consultants send the product because clearly you are under staffed in the packing department.
Overall it's a great concept... but they fail miserably when it comes to delivery.
I WAS TOLD MY MONEY IS TOTALLY REFUNDABLE! AS LONG AS I RETURN ALL OF THEIR "LEASED PRODUCTS" WHICH I DID ON JULY 14th, 2020. THEY RECEIVED IT ON JULY 17Th, 2020 NICOLE BECKER HAD ADVISED ME I WOULD BE GETTING A REFUND OF $150 FOR THE TEIRS I LEASED. NOW FAST FORWARD TO TODAY OCTOBER 6,2020. ITS BEEN OVER 60 DAYS I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HER MY LAST EMAIL TO HER WAS ON SEPTEMBER 28,2020! MY NEXT STEP IS EITHER A LAWYER OR DISPUTE WITH MY BANK! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
BAD BUSINESS FOR ALL SIDES, THE CONSULTANT WHO REVEALS LIVE JEWELRY BOMBS, OR PACKAGES HAS TO SEND LIVE PURCHASED ITEMS TO THE COMPANY, THE COMPANY GIVES THEM 2-3 DAYS. BUT THAN ON THERE PART THEY TAKE OVER 3 WEEKS, SO IF YOURE IN A HURRY DONT EXPECT YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS. THEIR USING COVID AS A EXCUSE, BUT I REALLY DONT KNOW WHO SIDE TO BELIEVE IT ITS THEM OR THE CONSULTANT. AND ALSO BEAWARE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CHECK YOUR PURCHASED ITEMS, BUT SHIP YOU TANGLED UP NECKLACES THAT TAKE OVER 40 MINUTES TO UNDO.
They lie about their products. They claim it's. 925 silver, it's not. I won a "real diamond" bracelet and it was fake.
I love my two necklaces I got from them they are beautiful I will definitely share and recommend them
Costume jewelry... most all of it will turn your neck and fingers green. Embarrassing to wear! Yikes!
