First of all, I liquidated all my assets in Rhode Island. The home seller would not negotiate the appliances. Which in turn died one by one within two weeks. I was referred to ReUseIt Pros. I could not believe the selections, which Caroline showed me were available. I had total confidence with the 30day option for return for exchange. The dryer was one and I returned that one and picked another. I now have a functional home. I can honestly say the trust and professionalism Caroline bestowed made my transactions completely smooth. The selections are vast as in kitchen remodeling! I will go to ReUsIt Pros for the array sets of kitchen cabinets and so much more! Also, I saved close to $3000. 00 on appliances! Quality along with professional service!
I use to donate often to this charity until today. Because it was raining the employee instead of being helpful cussed us out and said he did not want our donation. I don't think any company should employ such rude people and I am very disappointed that this happened. I certainly will never return.
