I had a hard time after I bought my house, it was built in the 50's, spacious and beautiful, but right after I moved in a minor earthquake revealed a major issue: the home foundation were cracked!? I called a few contractors to inspect the foundation and compare different estimates. Some guys were really unprofessional and made me decide to keep looking further, I found 2 more companies and I decided to go with Weinstein Construction, their inspector seemed more genuine and professional, the company has been in business for many years... They fixed the cracked foundation and found out that the house wasn't bolted to the foundation ( very dangerous in case of earthquake), well the bolting job was done quickly and they gave my a lifetime warranty. I was happy to finally deal with a contractor that was professional and transparent, I would definitely call them again if I ever need more work done!
