I'm satisfied with the service overall. Initially I thought the first survey was free. This seemed to be represented in the icebreaker, initial pitch from Resume Genius. And for me that is a misrepresentation. If something is free it is free. So it made a bad first impression for me. And we know that you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. But the value in the service is real and justifies a reasonable cost. I shall continue to use the service and possibly recommend it to others.
