While I like the resume options and features, I feel that your approach was not at all staright-forward in terms of distinguishing the free resume templates from those that require payment. After investing much time in going through the steps for what I thought was a free template due to labeling, I found out that it was not free. I went back and viewed the layout of the site many times and do feel it is intentionally deceptive. Obviously, it worked because I am paying for a short trial because of the time and energy I already put in, however, I will definitely not continue past the trial period, nor will I use or recommend this site in the future.

I tried to cancel my membership before the deadline but ended up getting charged anyway. I contacted them and was basically told the only way I could get a refund was if I left a positive review for them online. That's not right!
