Its super easy to use, i love the user friendly interface. But when I went back to update some stuff on my resume after i was directed to the billing screen. It deleted all of my information except my contact. So i was forced to do the whole process over again before i could choose to purchase the subscription. Otherwise, fixing this problem would easily grant a 4 star rating!

I loved how seamless I was able to curate the perfect resume. Between the layout options and helpful generated bullet point descriptions I feel confident transitioning into a new role!
The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the issues when attempting to check out at the end. It kept prompting me to put in a valid card number, which I was, and would not work. This is very frustrating when you've spent a considerable amount of time perfecting your resume. I know I am not the only person who has experienced this issue either.

First time using this site. I loved the ease from section to section. There is aways room for improvement in any area of life and business.

It is Ok! But, I do not need more than this one. So, my payment should be limited to $2.95 only. Thanks

It is well made and useful. Wish they told you that you need to pay at the beginning though.

Great Experience overall. I do wish we could make one time purchases I am not a fan of subscriptions.

I would much prefer a monthly fee, rather than an annual fee "couched" as a monthly fee. It is not affordable to charge a year at a time like that. Even if you did quarterly payments, that would be more helpful.

Also, I was disappointed to not get a "FULL" view of my resume before having to order. It looked like everything fit on one page, until I ordered and then it shows that it either got cut off or became two pages.

Pretty easy to use and gives nice clean formats to work with. I wish more personalization was available.

Great. I haven't updated my resume in quit some time. Great that machine learning has made such good progress.

Great website! Easy to navigate and helpful with dialogue! My only complaint is the cost of the service.

I wish there were more options to edit or add lines, font and better template choices. Other than that it was pretty easy to use.

I was able to include all of my experience into my template and edit accordingly. This is something I have struggled with every time I've written a resume. Thank you.

I enjoyed how the AI system mechanics of this website allowed me to submit my resume outline from google docs and make it to that exact type of outline. I have tried many websites to making resumes and many resume websites would distort or not follow my exact outline. However, one recommendation I would offer for this website is to add more resume outline options for users to choose from.

Helpful to look at format... but could use more input and guidance on things like a summary statement, objective statement etc. Liked the videos

Very good and I'll recommend to anyone, the o Lu reason I didn't give them 5 star is because they say it's free on google, that will lure you to come and then once you are done filling in and want to download they request for payment, so just prepare your mind and know that it's best but not free

My own fault, but I thought I was returning to a different online resume service and was not prepared to have to pay to get all my work back out in any format. Should have realized this when none of my previous work was still populating the resume builder fields. Again, my own fault, just feel a little duped. In truth, your site was very helpful, mostly intuitive and have decent formatting options.

It is great. I would like to see more pre written bullet points for clinical assessment roles. Also a template that I really like is not on here anymore.

I am on a Mac book Im not great at operating but i have to keep opening this page and logging in Chat boxes disappeared I navigated anywhere else.

Great site for resume creation, false advertisement as "free" when it's charging $2.95 to actually download or send out the resume. Please create a standard free template.

I built my resume 6 weeks ago (Feb. 19) but I had to get a new card that your system would take in order to print my resume today (Apr. 1). If you let people know this upfront, you would avoid delays and frustration for your clients. Your application is very good, professional, and easy to use, so I came back to get my resume.

1. Missing "Linkedin" icon under contact area; that being said there should be an option to delete/add desired icons.
2. When entering work experience, I wish there was a way to order my experience after typing entry vs having to enter information in a specific order to have it populate correctly.
3. Loved seeing my resume in various templates.
