I'm extremely disappointed with my experience on your website. It falsely advertised a 15-minute free resume creation and claimed no credit card was needed. However, after spending nearly an hour creating my resume, I was prompted to pay in order to access it. This was misleading and wasted my time. I would like support resolving this issue and accessing my resume without having to pay unexpectedly.

Well it was great until I unexpectedly had to pay for it. Would have been nice to know before I spent my time making this resume considering I'm looking for a job, as are the rest of your customers. $3 isn't very much, but having it go from $3 to $23 if you forget to cancel is pretty predatory too.
