I'm really disappointed, I finished writing my resume in June and you continued to charge me every month... it's on the border of fraud, I'm asking for a refund for July, August, September and October.

I made my resume and it was beautiful and colorful and amazing but it told me I could make it for free then charged me money to download it. Powerful resume builder but they don't honor their word. It was only $2.50 but even still it's annoying they told me it was free then charged me.

Overall I was satisfied with the service. The one drawback for me was the fact that you're lead to believe the service is free until you've completed your resume and try to download it, only to find you must pay to obtain a copy.
