Do not give your credit card details to them. I have subscribed to a 14 days basic wich will cost me $0.96 and end of the month they have charged $35 and will continue that in every month our transactions are not safe with them. Do not subscribe to their packages its a scam.
Well they don't make money out of giving you a good resume! They make money out of the very little font size they use to write that the subscription which costs 1,95 for 2 weeks will be renewed at 30$ for 4 weeks, I mean what kinda subscription ist that? Do NOT pay them a cent please! Absolutely trash people and absolutely trash resume templates where you can't change the order of anything and at the end of your resume takes more space than one page you're screwed! Btw your resume Which you paid for won't be accessible to you if you cancel your subscription :)

Well, I made a subscription to create a resume but I unsubscribed later on that day. But after almost two months, I saw a money was taken out from my bank account. So, I checked my account here and saw that I am still subscribed. Weird… but anyway, I contacted and had a chat with one of the team. It was amazing on how she explained and helped me.
The resume is amazing, tho! But hopefully, you'll improve on making sure that the subscription doesn't glitch or failed cause sometimes it can cause a headache to both sides. And, I've got an issue with the email, I guess it's because I logged in with my google account? But I never got an email confirming that I made the subscription and when I unsubscribed, which is another weird experience that I hope you'll improve.

It helped a lot with creating a resume and a cover letter, was very easy to use however it was misleading as they've advertised it as being a free resume builder but once completed, you will need to pick a payment plan in order to download the resume.
