This is absolutely ridiculous! There is no way this company pays attention as they didn't even spell my name right in their apology! Did anyone also investigate that their apology letter is used often and it is copy and pasted verbatim for every negative review? I see how you had zero problems taking my payment but fulfilling a promise to fix your work five different times didn't suite you. Save your empty promises! Bad business scammers!
Have you ever paid money in full for goods/services only to be completely let down? Resume chum is the epitome of that exact idea. The main reason I'm submitting this review is so that no one else gets burned by them over-promising and under-delivering. During this sensitive time of hoping to join the workforce soon hereafter, save yourself the embarrassment of putting their work in anyone else's hands. Appearing competent and qualified to potential employers Is only important to you, not them. They claim to be experts in every industry, and can use better phrasing that is up to date. This is not the case unless copying and pasting makes someone an expert. Also, they promise to be there as needed, which is not the case. Try giving your money away to receive a complete lack effort or support from a purchased service provider. These individuals are going to sell you on the idea that you are in good hands, and once payment has processed, you will be out even more money when it could be used elsewhere.
I do not normally post any feedback but I felt it needed to be done with this site.
The final resume after two attempts to correct the grammar, I requested a refund. They replied back asking me what were the errors on the resume. I replied back with a list of errors and then they stopped answering my emails and phone calls.
I would definitely not use this service. Your communication experience will be like one of those calls you get from a foreigner with bad english and his name is Mike.
