This was so very helpful in building my resume! Easy to use. However, I paid for the short term membership. Now I just got charged an additional fee and can't figure out how to cancel it!

Easy to use great pricing highly recommend
I purchased the resume builder Pro to improve my resume. The preview before downloading looks different than the final product. The builder also does not add spaces between location and work dates. Very unprofessional

If I could give zero stars I would...Wasted at least 2 -3 hours revising & revamping my resume based on their own Q&A (see below - per their website), only to be met with a paywall as soon as I went to download my resume.

I could not download the resume after making it. They charge $1.95 for 1 resume download which is fine but after 7 days they charge you $59. That's just ridiculous to me. I would much rather give my money to another site that actually lets you download the resume.

This company charges you for services you did not authorize. They offer three levels of service. If you select the basic 7 day service they will also automatically charge you for the full subscription service after your 7 day service expires, whether you want it or not. Their customer service won't reverse the charge even though its clear you did not want the subscription service.
I contacted them in regards to charging me $59 after I had cancelled my 7-day "free" trial (it wasn't actually free like they said, it's $1.95). I filed a dispute for the charges and tried to contact them in regards to it, and they locked me out of my account and would not send me the reset password email.
Total bait-and-switch SCAM.
I honestly could never build such a deceptive site like this with a clear conscience.
AVOID at all costs.

Thanks to Alex I was able to submit my resume to an important employer he made sure I was successful and stayed on the phone with me through my entire complicated process I really appreciate him he was outstanding!
This is a great app. I can say that it's a great way to start, and maintain an always upto date resume. If I change jobs or careers in the future this is what I'll be using for my resume.

They trick you to spend hours building a resume claiming its free in the beginning then refusing to download it later without paying money.

Resume experience is fine overall. Lose your password however, nothing they do about it. They say they will send you an email to reset the password. WELL WHERE IS THE $#*!ING EMAIL?
