Resumebuild is just the tool I needed to create a professional resume for getting a reputed job! Due to its easy formatting options and ease of editing, I had ZERO trouble accomplishing the goal!

They attempt to sneak in huge amounts of charges, as everyone else reported. They charge you $59 for a week's worth subscription, which you were only requested to buy for one week. Even then, you'd expect the "1-week trial" to end when you're done with it... knowing you didn't ask for an auto-renewal or any sort of continuance of the subscription. Surprise! You now have a $59 charge on your card. Do not waste your time with them.

This website is really a blessing. Created a professional resume for my job interview within seconds. 5 stars without any doubt.

I would give this a zero star if I could. I was in a hurry to get a resume template and saw that they sell theirs for less than $2 (1 week access). I paid for that, but didn't realize that by doing so I was actually agreeing to be charged $59 for a 12 week access after the 1st 7 days ended. This is total bull as only a very small percentage of people would need a 3 month access to a resume builder. Furthermore, the info about the autocharge wasn't clearly visible to the buyer (why do they even have that)? If you are going to autocharge customers, you should make that info really easy to see if you are a reputable company. I asked them for a refund after my husband informed me that they autocharged him $59 so I contacted them right away but they refused to give my refund claiming that I didn't cancel before the 7 day period ended. It hasn't even been a week since the 7 day access I purchased ended and yet they don't want to return my money. If they must charge me for the extra days then by all means, charge me another $2 but why do they have to keep our hard earned $59 for something I won't use and need? Don't trust this company they are a scam, if they're not they wouldn't have to resort to such tactics just to earn. Their tools aren't even very useful. The fonts don't work well on ms word and the pdf copy of the resume is very blurry.

Such a great site for creating CV immediately when you are running late yet need perfection! 5/5! Great experience.

I used this company to build a really fast resume for a job within my current company. I paid the $1.95 to download load it and agreed to pay the full price if I did not cancel within a week. Unfortunately I had an unexpected health issue that kept my from doing so in the allotted time. I reached out to them to explain what happened and basically was told "oh well". I will NEVER use this service again, there are FAR BETTER online resume builders out there!

Resume Build proved to be incredibly useful for me when I was looking for a resume maker in an urgency. Thumbs Up!

Got my resumes done in time with top-notch templates. It was so easy to work on this tool and I am super satisfied.

At first you need to pay $2 for a 7 day trial... that alone is somewhat odd, but like many others, I needed to make a resume in a timely manner. Being as busy as I am, of course I forgot about the 7 day deadline and I was charged $59. When I asked for a refund, with the reasoning that I hadn't even visited their website since the first day, they refused. Their reasoning was that I "agreed to their terms & conditions". An odd reason for not giving a refund considering that, again, I received no warning. Not only that, US law states that terms & conditions are not legally binding, because if we read every single one we are presented with, we'd have no time for anything else. Even after stating that, they just copy and pasted their previous message. By now, it should be evident what their business model is. It's predatory. It's a scam. They know they will catch the few desperate and busy people like me. In the kindest way possible... they should be out of business and lose all their money.

ちなみに、越境消費者センターではクレジットカード会社に問い合わせてみるのも手だというようなご案内をいただきましたが、一番最初にクレジットカード会社に問い合わせていますが、対応外ですとのこと。＝返金は受けられません。
安いし便利だからと一度始めると抜けられなくなりますので、手を出さないでください。また、他に被害にあわれた方がいらっしゃいましたら、こちらへ送ってください。このサイトのように多数の方が被害にあわれているということは、明らかになにか間違っているため、何らかの措置が必要と思われます。
トライアル期間中にメールを送っても受理されなかったというレビューも見受けられます。
