I have odder 4 bottles from ReserveBar but only one was delivered the other ones where not in stock.
I have never ordered alcohol online before. This is my first time. It was Easy-Peasy. I purchased the 750 ML Caledonia Spirits Barr Hill vodka landcrafted* in the heart of Vermont distilled from raw honey. I absolutely adore honey, like others adore chocolate. It WAS expensive but I opted to splurge. Including tax and shipping charges I spent twice as much as I normally would for a top shelf vodka. This vodka is delicious. If you're wondering if the honey is overpowering, it Is NOT. It has a very slight bite, but not enough to destroy the enjoyment of sipping. Out of 10 stars I would rate it an 8.5 (which is good in my book).
However, the I selected left a lil to be desired...but that's my fault

I asked via message to cancel the order as the order did not ship after 8 days. There was not an option to cancel on the website and it was not going to arrive by the time I needed it for a gift. The response came from Victoria in CS two days ago - a full two weeks after delivery and more than a month after I sent the message.
As for the delivery - from the time I placed the order, I was told it had to be signed for. Much to my surprise, the crinkled box was sitting by my door when I got home.
Crappy experience start to finish.
I ordered a bottle of Sassenach Whisky as a special retirement gift. The box and packaging arrived in good condition, but the bottle itself had a large internal crack in it. Once I figured out that it's better to contact Customer Service via text rather than email, I was taken care of immediately. A new bottle arrived within three days and in time for the retirement party. The retiree, after trying the scotch, said it was "a right fine dram". Thanks for your timely response.
We got ours engraved for the best man at our wedding. It was so meaningful because it was what they drank during the wedding weekend and he loved it! Says he will not open the bottle! Lol
I placed an order on July 11. Per the tracking number, on July 15, the shipping facility received a damaged package, discarded it, and contacted the original shipper. There were no updates after that. I contacted the ReserveBar customer service to ask about the status of my package, and multiple times the response was, "It's been shipped, look at your tracking number". Finally someone in the chat support on the website said they would have to reorder it manually. This entire process has been fraught with lack of communication and it's extremely frustrating.
Smooth sailing thus far, have ordered in the past with prompt delivery of merchandise.
I live in New York and wanted to give a thank you gift to my in-laws. Reserved Bar made it easy and quick to deliver the give to those far away!
