Booking service masquerades as Comfort Inn itself!
Your hotel room price jumped from $190 range to $270 range with no advance warning once room was confirmed. Cancellation policy was not available "after" room confirmed without complete forfeit of all money. But I'm sure you have heard this complaint many times in the past
