I'm surprised others mentioned a poor experience, Mine was very good overall. The only hiccup I had was during the registration process, my confirmation email was not sent for about 20 minutes after signing up. I didn't sign up for a business need or anything, but just to do some snooping on someone. I was able to look through criminal records and court records for multiple people and found the results to be pretty accurate.
Their ad implies that they give you unlimited background checks for $19,95. What they give you are LINKS you can go to, to do background checks. None of the links are free. I could have found these links on my own easily. They don't answer phone calls. Dispute the charge and get your money back. I am sure they do not honor their "100% money back guarantee".
You can find a lot of records and information using this site. I pulled up some speeding tickets on myself as well as some other things so i know it works
I found everything I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to find out information about someone's background or current location.
This site is a scam. They do not give you any records just the run around. As soon as it posts to my credit card I am disputing it.
This site is a scam. I typed in a name, age, city and state. And BAM 10 hits for that person I was worried about. The site states one time pay $19.99. Unlimited searches for a life time. I paid to see the 10 records on this person. To only find out, this site only shows what it could be like, if I was to pay another sites. To do what I was under the impression this site offered. Or what it could be like if I went to every site looking up the name myself. Each site is a different site to look in. So what appeared to be a connected link to hundreds of data base record sites. Was misleading and totally a scam. Also sites listed as 'members top pick sites" everyone I tried, (4) was error site can not be located.And the 24/7 service was bs also. No answer, message states call mon-fri 8am-8pm. It was a *******@1pm. Left a few messages... No call back as of yet. Also e-mailed not answered... I feel I was lied to, taken money right out of my hand. By the false results that appeared when asked to type the name to a background check on. I didn't just throw my hands up and yell 'forget it' I did try for about 3 1/2 hours, to get anything I could... To only waste my time. If your going to pay for a site. Dont waste your money here. Or your time. There are FREE TOTALLY FREE sites with more links to do background checks yourself. This site has put a fire under my office chair. I dont have time to do background search at every site, to find what I was looking for. But I do have alot of time to get the word out about this site, and their scam
I'm happy with my membership. I found everything I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to find records on someone.
Big scam, won't answer customer service phone,,, won't return message... won't even respond to emails.
