I was confused on several levels of how and why I was seeing my information on "people finder" sites again. The representative I spoke with on the phone very quickly located my previous subscriptions and clearly explained what was going on. He was very helpful in establishing a new subscription to fit my needs and even helped me set it up. So often in today's world customer support is impatient and even condescending and it can be like pulling teeth to get clear accurate information. Thankfully that was not my experience today. This support person was the best I have dealt with in a long time.

I found nothing on myself because I've already been to all the sites and removed them one by one before I ever saw this but I've also been denied housing because of my criminal record from 18 years ago how can I get help with selling my record is that even possible?

I've struggled with media lies and the destruction of my reputation for 15 years, which took my career and kept me from other jobs. It devastated my family, hurting my children and it still exists today. What can I do to flip this false narrative?

More precisely, I would rate my experience as a 4.5 but I decided to pick 4 since I am limited to whole stars. The application is not intrusive in the way that it channels users, and seems to offer help in the right places. I believe it could be made better by making this load a separate page (or if this is a SPA instead of a traditional website, you could even use routing to make it still seem like a seamless application. That would eliminate the need for the modal pop-up. Also, I noticed with the application itself, I can still scroll the website while the modal is open. The background is lightened to help with contrast even, yet I can still scroll up and down. Almost like the application pop up isn't focused. If you want me to continue to help you define your user experience, let me know using the email provided. It's free of course, I'm looking to learn more and get more experience by experimenting and designing the user's screen to compliment the brand. Up to you!

My main concern was strictly devoted to fully understanding the various aspects of Mail Control, Additional Protection and how those topics work. Ana was outstanding. Her explanations were on point. She was courteous, professional and knowledgeable throughout our discussion. I now have a better understanding of how the system works and can have more in-depth knowledgeable on any suggestions or recommendations I may have in the future.

I have had many dilemmas with hackers meddling with my online data, mobile device, and other electronic devices throughout my life. Because it was interesting. And cyberspace needs more of these quick and easy trustworthy tests for people like me who cares about privacy and security of my passwords and information on the web or devices. The layout though could use an update and a more detailed overview to entice more customers I'm a fan for the brand but for a new client it would make them interested to subscribe to a payment more so.

It would be helpful what a reputation score is used for. Credit scores are invasive enough. Reputation score gives a score in online info that is dug up on a persons life. That's like knowing a bit of information for an important job you are required to do correctly. It affects peoples lives. Not fair. Not ethical.

There are many more lies told about me concerning an arrest. It never happened - pure vengeance from a policeman who I humiliated and his 7 newbies laughed at. Pure vengeance ruined 2 schoolgirls and our lives.

None None of the examples listed were me. Oddly enough, I know the doctor in Wyoming who faced the criminal charges, who oddly enough has the exact same name as me, just a different age. He is about 10 years older.

I liked it, however, I wish there was more. For example, I think that neutrals should not be counted against you. I understand that you guys need to make a profit, and would definitely recommend! Great job guys!

It is a little to suggestive with qualification, meaning there was not enough info to determine whether this was is 'click bait' since most of the information is already known and that which is unknown was not disclosed so that a determination could be made as to adequacy.

I was just happy that resources like this exist to help find out if anything damaging about me is out there. Luckily it doesn't appear that there is and the people results that came back appear to be somebody else.
