Reputation Defender

Sometimes businesses face such a situation when they need to increase their rating in order not to be worse than their competitors. Anyway, it seems to me that sometimes it's very difficult to do it because tradiotional methods often don't work in this case. So, I had a situation when competitors overrung my business and it falls down on the bottom of the rating across the industry. I applied to this company because as I understood they help your business to increase the rating. That's wright. Prices are comparatively low here and this is the best service for such tasks, they helped me a lot.

I was connected with the customer support team and experienced nothing but knowledgeableable, professional service, with a sense of urgency. Also, I was presented with product options that were a better fit for me as a customer.

Because this is my first attrmpt & did not expect a B+ bcz as it should be better than that. There are no issues with my name or any other outstanding violations. So why did I get a B+ To me it's not fair as a proff I am proud of my achievements here. This needs correction.

1 disgruntled student got mad about how I teach the traditional crafts of building with logs. He left class early back to PA and wrote a blog page that is the only negative item on the internet and its still out there. I'm resuming teaching again here in Wisconsin this time with a new web page (https://www.handcrafted-building-with-logs.org).../

I hired ReputationDefender to try and suppress a bad reviewer that had surfaced on a high ranking website.
I was assured that if I paid $5000, the negative site would be buried by other high ranking sites.
A year later and not only has the negative site been moved in rankings, but there has been no sign of any work on behalf of ReputationDefender. There is no trace of anything that they could even take credit for as far as any type of promotion to my website regardless to not helping me suppress a bad review.

It would be helpful what a reputation score is used for. Credit scores are invasive enough. Reputation score gives a score in online info that is dug up on a persons life. That's like knowing a bit of information for an important job you are required to do correctly. It affects peoples lives. Not fair. Not ethical.

It is a little to suggestive with qualification, meaning there was not enough info to determine whether this was is 'click bait' since most of the information is already known and that which is unknown was not disclosed so that a determination could be made as to adequacy.

Not clear on what I'm rating good or bad, was it good you found the information, was the information incorrect, was it bad that you found it? Just not clear on your rating system, but it's been one of those days... may be me, not you ;)

I got into a situation when I needed to be defined online. Literally, some of the crucial data got leaked and I didn't know what to do.
Fortunatel,y nowadays we have contextual ads, so I found these guys easily. I applied for services to them, explained the whole situation and we have found the solution!
It didn't take a lot of time and I am grateful to the team of specialists for this. Now I have a peace of mind, knowing that there's nothing denigrating my reputation in the net.

All the reviews seem great and it showed me a lot of things that I really don't want people to search about me before meeting me. I made a lot of mistakes and mostly everything that comes up is 10+ years old smh

Well, you didn't tell me what I was supposed to be rating. Was I rating that the information was correct, or that I didn't mind if it was out there, or that it may be correct, but I don't want it out there, etc. I want most information on me to be removed from the Internet.

All of this happened a long time ago, and i am not that person anymore, i have had alot of bad things happen and i am trying to overcome all of it, i had no idea this was public, no wonder, i have such a hard time. Still after all these years.

While the team was professional and helpful in answering my many questions. They gave me bad information related to how the monthly monitoring service works. I was told that once I paid I would get an email for me to fill in my information so that monitoring and subsequent listing removals be done. This was wrong info. I was supposed to list the information on the sign up page itslef. I called to say the email did not come I did see other results which were meaningless and not even worth the $10 bucks/mo. The agent said to fill in my info on the site and she would reset the 30 day search for that day. THAT NEVER HAPPENED/ So I am paying for what seems to be a worthless search and removal.

I have tried several times by phone and online to get help from your company and still have received nothing except this survey. I answered, Yes I have received my report card when, in fact, I have recieved nothing. I only answered yes to et to this portal.
