Replacement Laptop Keys

I placed an order, received confirmation and notification of shipment. Never received my order. I emailed 3 separate times with notification my email was received, and never received a response from an actual person. Its fraud. These guys should be in jail.

I ordered a replacement letter G for my Acer Aspire 5 A515 56G back on 11/22/21(Order # *******) I received an email stating that more order was shipped on 12/01/2021. They provided a tracking # and created a label but my order was never shipped. I have contacted them and have received no response. This company is a scam. They will gladly take your money and never send the part you ordered. Buyer beware!

Bad company. We ordered a replacement key for my dell laptop and the money was taken out of our bank account on December 2 and we kept calling and calling and calling and no one would answer and they would not answer their emails that we sent to them. So after three weeks we finally got the part and it was the incorrect part and we ordered the correct part they just sent the incorrect part and now if we want to return it they charge three dollars to return it. We are not giving these people one more cent. What ever you do and whatever you want to order do not do business with this company because it is a big scam. If I could give it a -5, I would

I ordered replacement keys but my order never shipped. Days after I ordered, I received an email from them telling me that part of my order was out of stock and they gave me three options. I replied with my choice but never heard from them again.

I should add that I ordered from them a couple years earlier and actually received what I ordered but not this time.

I paid $13.94 USD for a keyboard key replacement and I never received it four months later.

On the next day, I got a message saying that it has been shipped.
A month later, I sent an email. No answer.
Another week passed and I decided to call. No answer. They didn't return my call.
Another week passed, I send another email. No answer.
I sent 3 other emails with a week intervalle between each, with different email adresses. No answer
Today, four months later, still no answer.

I purchased a key set through PayPal. The order confirmation came through with instructions on how to track orders. That turned out to be a bunch of BS. They don't answer emails, the phone number goes straight to voicemail. The three persons names on the website, are ghosts. PayPal did refund my money and month later the key set shows up. The white mounting clip didn't fit because the holes in it didn't line up with the holes on the keyboard. A month later i decided to try again, maybe it was a fluke. Same exact thing. They wouldn't answer my emails, until i sent one that said if you're not going to help me than please cancel my order. They responded really fast and said my order was canceled and refunded. LOL what a Joke of a company….Actually I don't think they should be considered a company. They should be banned from e-commerce.

So I needed a new key for my Acer Nitro 5 as my cat had jumped up on my laptop, torn off a key, and part of the key hinge went missing so I needed a replacement. Was pretty angry at the time so I failed to do my due diligence and didn't research the site ahead of time. The site was the first thing to pop up on google and at first glance it looks legitimate. Easily found the key I was looking for using my model number and placed an order (using PayPal as outside of mainstream sites I never enter my card information). They gave me a tracking number to use and since it was like midnight when I placed my order I immediately went to bed. Got up the next morning and decided to try using the tracking number. Went back to their site and it said I needed to register to check the status of my order. Reasonable enough until you click Register and it reroutes you back to their homepage. This is when I realized this site was most likely a scam. Looked through the site and found they use DHL and USPS for shipping so I went directly to their sites to check the tracking number and low and behold USPS had no shipments with that number and DHL said the order number had been delivered months ago to someplace in Australia. So I figure, "Hey its been one day I'll give them a couple days first to see if it just hasn't shipped yet." After waiting a couple days I go back through and try the tracking number on the site. Same results. This is when I decide to do what I should've done in the beginning and did some checking around online. Pretty much everywhere says this site is a scam and so I went to PayPal and got a refund. Normally don't write reviews for things but I hate scammers and I want others to learn from my mistake so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Theives. They charge your credit card immediatelyand never hear fromthem again. Zero customer service and zero responses to many contact attempts.
