I ordered from them thinking that if they had all of these specific details about keys, then they would know what key I needed. After over a month of waiting for a package arrived, I opened it and the completely wrong key was inside. I emailed them using their contact information of their site and did not get a response. I emailed again a week later and still not response. I emailed them 4-5 times and never got a response. It has been several months since my original order and I still have no answers.
To top it off, the return address on the package is a different website than the one I ordered from. I ordered from Laptopkeyreplacements.com but the package was from Replacementlaptopkeys.com

Order placed in 2021. Today is 21.09.2023 i didn't received nothing. They provided me tracking number which does not work on any delivery site, it's just random text. Their new domain: www.laptopkeyreplacements.com

Received the wrong replacement key. The company asks for a self-addressed stamp envelope and a processing fee that's more than what the replacement key costs. Don't buy from laptopkeyreplacements.com
