So I wanted to sell my crypto and pay some bills, but all of a sudden, this company froze my account cause I was once on a VPN, okay they asked that i did my verification, i did every single thing, videos, statements. Then after the last video, they disappeared, then it dawned on me that they actually wanted to steal my money, they just needed an excuse. I pleaded, and I have been crying all day, this is my hard-earned money and a big company wants to steal it from me. I cant stop crying. They have stopped replying to my messages. This is 650$.

Their support is slow to reply. They say remitano replies in under 5 minutes. But I have been waiting over an hour. They always lock my coins when I use home WiFi saying that VPN was used. Withdrawal limit is there $2,500 and didn't know that. Now I'm waiting for 3 days to get my funds.
Also they do not care if buyer is sending third party payment. As in they can send third party payment (violation of Terms of Service and that user can also give negative feedback for demanding KYC). I don't think ppl who have failed to observe rules like sending from different account than user's name. There will be no protection against that with Remitano.
I have dispute ongoing with a user for since 18 days, user has made third party payment, the receipt of sending says expired ID documents that user sent - which is a message from Standard Chartered Bank. Still their dispute support is only a robot who sends a message after 24 hours of non activity.
It says along these lines. "(User) you have not responded in 24 hours. Please submit information or evidence within 24 hours or dispute will be resolved to buyer. Any evidence after 24 hours will be considered INVALID."
What kind of support is this, they only consider last man standing instead of protecting the seller against third party payment, fake receipts sending, genuine bank to bank dispute and the only thing which will matter is who keeps replying continuously for 24 hours.
It's being run by an unprofessional bunch of people, unlike Localbitcoins or Paxful.

Remitano is a reliable cryptocurrency platform. But not 100% free from scammers who you probably over paid mistakingly... most cases such money is not gotten back.
