Un proceso bastante rápido y transparente. Toman en consideración varios detalles en caso de que la transacción falle. Mi recomendació personal es que permitan adjuntar archivos con extensión. Pdf en el envío de pruebas, motivado a que los Bancos en Venezuela, generan el comprobante de Pago en ese formato, Generar un pdf para después generar una imagen. Jpg quita tiempo y genera retraso en la transacción.

I am giving. Remitano less than 1 star, almost 0 star. I have been waiting for more than 72 hours after requesting to withdraw the MYR wallet. However, still nothing is credited into my account. When i requested to withdraw, the information on the app stated 0second for transaction to get through. Now it is more than 72hours, still nothing in my account. From 0second to 24+24+24+6 hrs... still nothing. Help support is terrible, not helping at all, all they tell me is to give few more hours. Most of the times the message in chat support is being ignored. I am not sure why service by remitano is very poor but this platform is definitely not recommended.
I actually like functions of remitano but Need to improve maximum withdrawal limit and also need to reduce coin's buy/sell price.
