This company is a scam. They are quick to take your money and then never ship out what you paid for. Attempts to co tact them about the issue are answered with a form email reply stating your item was shipped and you will get tracking Info in 3 to 5 days. That was 3 weeks ago. I finally had to dispute the charges. With my bank to get my money back.
As a firefighter I order a Clovis mask months ago. I heard back once saying due to high demand your order has been delayed... another time that it's at the mailing center and that was it. I wrote 12 emails and not one response since... if your from that $#*! company and read this $#*! you you piece of $#*!. I hope you catch cocos you scumbags

However, after some time had passed I reach out to the company only to get the following responses and have yet to receive a mask. I am unsure if Facebook is aware of the fraudulent activity that is being advertised from their platform. Please beware and do not purchase any merchandise from this company!
Ordered three masks at the end of April. Had to inquire twice about the shipment from china. Was able to follow the tracking. It was approximately 45 days, but they always responded, and I understood the demand issue this Spring. Happy with product and extra filters.
I too thought it was a scam and was about to call my bank to dispute the charges, but I received my masks. It took about a month and a half but I finally got them. I still gave them 3 stars even though it took forever. It's a learning lesson for me, I thought since the company showed New Mexico they were manufactured here and they would arrive quickly. I left them an email stating they should have been a little more forthcoming of where they were coming from so I could make a better decision or know what to expect as far as shipping time. I placed my order April 5th if this helps anyone.
Ordered April 27th... Received Today June 17th. Received the fake email updates showing Americans in a warehouse creating masks but then my order shipped from China. THAT is why the orders take so long. The product appears to be legit, including the PM2.5 filters I ordered. The mask fabric appears to be a jersey material, was expecting cotton. Have yet to use it so I can't speak to that.
Took from April 19th until arrival on Jun 12th. Remakegreen Emails stated shipping slow due to COVID -19. Upon arrival, very satisfied with product and many requests for this custom face mask
I ordered 8 masks in early February. I requested tracking number multiple times, yet never received one. I requested updates on my order several times to be given short canned responses. 6 MONTHS later, I have received 1 single mask of the 8 ordered. The valves in the mask popped out while opening the package. Below you can see a picture of the mask. You will see that the attention to detail is horrible, as the fabric is stitched incorrectly and the design is haphazardly placed together crooked. This isn't acceptable craftsmanship. I could purchase better at the Dollar Store and not have paid over $30/mask! This is a scam of a business. I have followed the companies posted refund request instructions only to be told to wait to hear back from someone. I will not hold my breath. This company takes advantage of people by promising products of quality and NOT delivering, rather stealing consumers money.
If i could go lower than 1 star I would this company is a scam. They have taken my money and hopefully i can save someone else. Ordered my masks in March and haven't received them yet. I have attached a picture of what was sent. This crap isn't close to the masks i ordered i was totally appalled when i looked at these.
We received non-delivery status after cancellation period expired. Their software responds but no human is available. Paypal billed our credit card same day they were notified of scammer status. Facebook has been notified also so only inquiries about scam status remain.

It's been 2 months now and all I get from them is some dumb email saying all they can do is give me 20%. WTH am I going to do with $11 refund? I'm almost certain refunding 20% is a lie also. I ordered 4 masks from this company. Their website says to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, which I did. There were only a couple of reviews at the time, but it seemed likely to be a scam. That was a lot of money for masks that I found cheaper on Amazon. It's now been 2 weeks since requesting a refund. I've received 16+ emails regarding their production being slow/busy and similar to someone else's review, any contact about a refund was sent from different people last name 'Smith'. DO NOT BUY! Steer clear of this site!
I ordered two masks from this "company" on 18 April 20 and haven't received a thing from them yet. I've already filed a complaint with BBB and tomorrow will be on the phone, working to get my money back. Since Facebook allows them to scam people I think they should bear some responsibility for not vetting these companies better! The only reason I give them even one star is because they must be rated before you can submit.

Now they are saying the masks are made in another country and that's explaining the long shipping time. I specifically asked if they were made in the US because I wanted them fast. They said they were. Have asked to stop shipment and get my money back, all they say is they'll give me a 5% refund on next order. What a load of crap! What everyone else said is true. This is a bogus company masquerading as being based in US. I emailed several times inquiring about my order and received canned, automated response. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company. Just today, 30 days after I ordered, I received a shipping notification as I paid extra for insurance and tracking. It shows being shipped from China. Keep your garbage! I doubt it will arrive as others have stated. Despicable criminals who prey on others during a pandemic will get theirs. Report this dishonest Chinese company to all authorities. They need to be imprisoned.
I ordered masks in February and I had just wrote them off as a loss. I got a USPS tracking number out of Chino California the beginning of April and it said waiting for vendor to deliver. Today, May 27th I received a package and was pleasantly surprised that some of what I ordered showed up. The masks looked well put together but one of the outlet disks was put in wrong so you could breath through it instead of the filtered face mask. Easy fix. Anyways they do come from China which explains the huge delay in shipping. So for all of you that were in the same boat... its a good sign that something actually came :)
