I purchased 5 of there mask on 4/16/20 and yet to receive the masks or any shipping information. At the time of placing mg order there weren't that many reviews and that should have been a clue. I have send several emails requesting a status or refund. And I continue to get the same email response "due to Covid-19, shipping has been delayed but you will get shipping info within 24-48 hours" and you still get nothing. This wa the worst purchase ever. I'm in the process of reporting them to my bank and BBB hopefully I can get my money back. I will definitely be spreading the word to everyone I know... Stay Away!
What everyone else said is true. This is a bogus company masquerading as being based in US. I emailed several times inquiring about my order and received canned, automated response. I filed a fraud report with my credit card company. Just today, 30 days after I ordered, I received a shipping notification as I paid extra for insurance and tracking. It shows being shipped from China. Keep your garbage! I doubt it will arrive as others have stated. Despicable criminals who prey on others during a pandemic will get theirs. Report this dishonest Chinese company to all authorities. They need to be imprisoned.
I ordered $101 worth of masks On April 2,2020 so the whole family would have one and never received. I have sent multiple emails. Now they are claiming they can't find my order. I'm going to see if the bank will refund since they scammed me. Hopefully we won't be out the money. Please don't order from them go to Ebay. I am completely FRUSTRATED with this fraudulent company. I first saw this company on Facebook advertising face mask. My daughter is a high school graduating senior and I purchased 2 Senior 2020 mask. I also purchased two personalize mask with my other daughter's name on it and I added the filters to exchange in/out. MOST importantly, I included the additional purchase for the tracking info on April 15. As of May 12,2020 NOTHING. I have emailed them several times (Sarah Smith, Emma Smith, & Sophia Watson) have replied back with some sort of apology, 20% discount on next purchase, and a promise for a tracking number in 48 hours. YET, No product and Out of money back. #$@&^% (that's me cursing)!

On April 21, I received a response from a "Sarah Smith" that said "Regarding your concern, I would like to say that your order is shipped out and on the way to our shipping agent. The tracking number will be updated to you as soon as we receive from them." On April 30, I received an automated email indicating my order had shipped, but no tracking information was available until May 6th. Since the USPS tracking information appeared on the evening of May 6th, 2020 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! The USPS tracking page indicates that the package "is on its way to a USPS facility". That's where the trail goes cold. It's now May 11th and I still have no product and no updated tracking information. I'll never buy anything from this company again. They are a scam and need to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission.
I ordered a mask from Remarkgreen on 4/15/2020. There website says 2 to 3 day shipping. I have emailed and emailed them with little or no response at all. I will never order from this company again. After I complained the sent a bag with a paper disposable mask (the ones that come 50 for $20 and it even looks used) inside to try to show that they "sent it " I paid $135 for several masks and filters.
