I used my credit card for a purchase from the RemarkGreen.com website. The credit card purchase was processed via PayPal. The transaction was charged to my account by LUSGGOO. I have tried unsuccessfully on numerous occasions to contact the seller but to no avail. They have no phone number listed and only one email listed that provides only a standard "bot" reply. I have opened a complaint with the FTC and am currently attempting to receive a refund via a chargeback with PayPal and my credit card company.
I ordered stuff with tracking number 3 week's ago. Still have not got anything from them on my order. Have contacted them 5 times and have been given 5 different answers. This company is horrible.

You may say shame on me for not investigating the company prior to approving my payment but you caught me at a vulnerable time. Company went as far as providing fake tracking information with emails stating delays. After 90 days, paypal transaction refund pending but if I can even save one person from giving them money, I will consider my claim and review a success! I ordered two Masks OVER TWO MONTHS ago and here it is June and I still haven't received them. I emailed them twice asking for my order or a refund and the LIED and told me my order had been shipped. I was diagnosed with covid19 on April 4th. I was on Instagram and saw the masks and thought that the mask was really nice and would work for me when I returned to work as s healthcare worker. Well, received an email stating my item had shipped, emailed for a tracking number I received an email that my order was delayed because of covid19 but it is on the way. I then received an email that the item was on it's way to the transport company. The take away from my rambling is during times like these its horrible how people take advantage of others. Order 5 face masks well over a month ago - said the company is USA - get my paypal notice from bank that I make purchase in hong kong - so they mislead to say USA (perhaps on person that works orders sits in US?) either way --not cool.
I waited a full month for shipping info - kept sending emails asking for shipping info, They respond with "we are busy due to Covid,,," yea I get that then STOP taking orders until you can fill the ones you have!
After a month I said cancel and refund me (I spent over $80) -- no they offer 5% refund - still can't get any shipping info - terrible service and lies abound -- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM and they show up all over face book with different company names! Mine was LUSH GOODS -- more shell and pea.

Getting the run-a-round about order being shipped etc... now this company says my order is being shipped from Jamaica and the date of shipment keeps changing as the days go on... I ordered masks in April, and ordered 3 for me, my 2 sisters, for a total of 9 masks. AS of today, i received 1 and one of my sisters received 1. I have emailed again and again and still no reasonable answer. I i did file a complaint with the AG of Texas, but have since seen they have a NM address too.
I emailed them again and plan or filing more complaints with additional AG in the states in which they list as a location.

Just like everyone else that was scammed I ordered 3 mask received 6 emails poor grammar standard emails that they had been shipped the BBB is aware of this company and referred me to the FTC. They said, it has not been shipped due to Trump blocking all imports from China.
I am a healthcare worker I orderd a face mask in April. They pretended they were making the face mask with the best care so they kept sending emails telling me it will be ready soon. This went on for a month then they finally sent me a email saying it was completed and ready for shipping but a couple weeks later they said shipping was held up. I ordered 23 masks about April 26. It said 3-7 business days delivery. What I failed to realize was my large order and it was coming from overseas. I was given a tracking number and followed. I got worried, I will say bc of all the it's a scam comments. I was in contact with them and they let me know it was shipped. Still following, I am happy to report I received my entire order June 15,2020 at 3:19pm!
The masks are awesome. Exactly what I ordered, adjustable ear elastic, and you can wear it with/without a filter (that is provided.) I tried it first without. Then with. Definitely a huge difference and I recommend using the filter. The air flows through and I am not sucking in fabric hahaha
Anyway, I work in a salon, and all the girls like it. I've even had one ask where I bought them from bc she wants to get some for her children to go to school with... all in all, I am happy I waited and didn't get pissed like everyone else did and cancel the order. It would have been a shame. The 2 months was well worth the wait indeed. I keep mine in my purse everywhere I go now.
