My shirt came with a misprint. The word "it" was spelled "ic" one time and "ie" another time on the shirt. I contacted the company asking for a replacement. They told me that I would have to pay for return shipping (to China) and they would refund my money after receiving the shirt back. They never once acknowledged that this return was because of a defective product, even after 2 emails.

I made the mistake or placing an order for 8 sweatshirts for all of my nieces from this online retailer. They are a scam. I received the merchandise and the quality was terrible. To make matters worse they double shipped me and charged my credit card twice without my permission. I thought I was dealing with an English company when in actuality it was a Chinese company. The merchandise was shipped from California but they told me that I had to return the merchandise to China. No where on their website did it say China. Their customer service was beyond terrible, they wasted days going back and forth offering me vouchers to keep the goods. When I informed them that I consulted with my credit card company who advised me I only had to return the goods back to where they were shipped from they did not disagree but when I actually sent both orders back they only kept the duplicate order and returned my original order. They are a scam and look to take advantage. They also operate under several names so please be careful. Before placing an order find out where the company's return location is.
