Ordered instant deploy server, payment was processed immediately. Spent the whole day setting up my server. Wake up the next day to find my server canceled and wiped.

Turns out they had requested extra verification for my credit card, which I provided 12hrs later but by then the server was already wiped.

Customer support seemed to think this was normal conduct and blamed me for not providing the info requested.

Don't do business with these amateurs.

Bought a server from them. After I transferred all my data from my previous server, they told me I cannot use it because the found my account suspicious or something. Total BS and unprofessional. If you find my account suspicious then don't provide me the server! Why waste my time?

I have heard about this site online decided to give it a try. This was my very first time using a hosting website so I was nervous what to choose I'm very happy I went to reliable site it had fast support and everything was very easy to understand I am very impressed and will stick with this for a long time to come.

We have 14+ server with Reliablesite It's reliable as the name suggests. We didn't have any issues so far. No downtime since 1 year with them. Support replies within minutes. Better than all the competitors in terms of support. The hardware is very good and not worn out.

We were looking for the best dedicated gaming server for the price. We checked with other renters within our community who's servers consistently had the highest number of players with the best performance, and ReliableSite was recommended to us. Having checked many other hosting services, we found that ReliableSite's prices were as low or lower than others we had checked and with unlimited traffic and at least 1 Gbps upload/download for no extra charge. Hardware available exceeded our expections and all transactions and inquiries have been handled same day or next day without exceptions. In the months that we've had the server so far we've had zero outages. We are very pleased!

I Been using Reliablesite for almost a year found it on google after going around though different server providers, bought different servers. Reliablesite had fast delivery, even on which doesn't have a rapid deploy, got the server in under nearly 1 day, for rapid deploy its like and 30 min to an hour, and i haven't got any problems with bandwidth too which is a win for me, i don't use any support ticket that much cause i just fix everything myself fully unmanaged but the support do really help and have fast response. So a great choice for best deal on reliable and low price.

I want to give my feedback of all my time using ReliableSite.
I've been using this site for almost 8 months. I use it for my Minecraft server and It goes really great!

I'm a university student and Im working in my project that needs a dedicated server, I tried with different companies that where cheap but those were not as good as ReliableSite. I love this because is very professional and fast when I need support(for example: when I need a reboot) I really also like that there are many prices from cheap to custom prices.

In my case I use my service for minecraft server because person told me about this site so I knew reliablesite for a advice and since that moment I always recommend this site for dedicated/hosting because is very professional in what they do.

After having used many different kinds of hosting services and servers, I managed to stumble on to ReliableSite around 6-7 years ago to host my game (GoS).

Since that time, I have never gone back to any other host, nor have I even thought of doing so. The servers they have work fantastically for my needs, the pricing is perfect (especially if you lock-in yearly BF deals), and the customer support gets back to you in most cases almost immediately.

I've definitely had an issue or two over the years, but they've always stepped up to the plate and have addressed my concerns, even when I was having issues that "unmanaged" servers wouldn't be applicable to have help for fixing issues. They've been stellar in about every regards, I've almost never had even more then a few hours of downtime in 6-7 years of usage (which alone is just incredible), and I plan to continue using them hopefully for many years to come!

Being with reliablesite for 4 now has been a pleasant experience. Very quick support responses and turnaround times on requests. Also techs are easy to work with and helpful with suggestions on custom jobs. If you are looking into a datacenter fire the first time, I suggest trying reliablesite first.

El precio es bastante bueno y recomendable eso sin dudas, además que todos los dedicados tienen 1 Gbps dedicado y 10 Gbps compartidos.

Ademas que con el precio de revendedor estos mismos te salen casi regalados, cosa por lo que no me quejo de los puntos malos de a continuación.

El soporte es bueno y te responden en menos de 2 horas, saben solucionar todos tus problemas.

Los problemas que tengo y la razón por la que les pongo 4/5 son estas:

1. Las IPs que compres solo funcionan en ese mismo dedicado, no pueden ser utilizadas en otras, y por realizar una transferencia de IP a otro servidor te cobran nuevamente la IP así esta misma ya esté completamente su mensualidad.

2. Los servidores los entregan en buen estado, pero sucede que algunos traen un desgaste tremendo en el disco este mismo siendo mayor al 60%

3. Alguno servidores AMD Ryzen por lo menos en el centro de datos de Miami traen temperaturas bastante altas, en mi caso un Ryzen 7 3700X alcanzó temperaturas de 94° estando el procesador con un uso del mismo del 96%.

4. Reinstalación del sistema operativo: Me ha sucedido en más de 3 ocasiones que cuando reinstalo el SO del dedicado este mismo se "bugea" y tengo que terminar contactándome con soporte para para que me lo solucionen.

5. Me han hecho "null route" a una dirección IP de un reporte que recibí y que fue solucionado hace más de 3 semanas.

6. Las BIOS vienen configuradas como el cliente anterior las dejo, no vienen por defecto (como debería ser).

7. Aveces hay "packetloss" de igual forma esto el soporte lo soluciono en menos de 8 horas, mis respetos para ellos.

8. Su panel de control tiene varios errores, algunos de ellos afectan a su funcionamiento, y el mismo panel de control tiene una apariencia como del 2007.

I subscribed to ReliableSite, mainly because of the very cheap unmetered Gigabit bandwidth. I used these server to run high-bandwidth Tor exit relays.

I got a email from ReliableSite's CEO saying "we don't allow Tor exit relays" despite their TOS saying nothing about it and me using MY ARIN IP allocations and not theirs.

Even earlier, when I wanted to announce my IP block, they claimed to announce it without actually announcing it, which resulted in four days of downtime, and then didn't give credit.

RS is very affordable and works great if you're just running a blog or forum off a single server, that works fine. They do a good job in the peering front, but RS isn't designed for even a moderately complex IaaS setup like mine, or VPN/Tor setups despite affordable bandwidth. Their sysadmins often make mistakes.

I'm switching eveything to Psychz as despite so-so peering (maybe LAX vs JFK/EWR) hasn't said anything about Tor relays running them also. Psychz is generally more expensive but also does better with IaaS needs.

We've been with ReliableSite for over 4 years and have used roughly a dozen different hosting providers worldwide. RS is, without a double, the least reliable in terms of hardware uptime. They also have terrible customer service and don't care at all about you or your customers.

The straw that finally broke the camel's back for us was today. For a week, they've been pressuring us to change our IP because they wanted to do some internal restructuring. Originally, they tried to give us a 24 hour warning which was already unacceptable because we give our own customers a minimum of 48 hours. After agreeing to wait until our customer was ready, they instead performed the change anyway, resulting in a downtime of 6 hours so far (still ongoing).

In addition, when I asked them to revert the change, they instead went onto the machine without authorization and changed the network adapters to hardcode them to the new IP, erasing all of our adapter settings that were allowing us to tunnel through a GRE endpoint in order to provide DDoS protection for our customer. Now, we've spent hours trying to not only fix the issue they caused with the IP change, but fix the adapters they trampled without our permission.

To top it off, their customer service was terrible. Hour-long response times, rude responses and outright ignoring our requests for help fixing the outage they caused.

Over the years, they've shown they have systemic problems not just in customer service but uptime as well. Out of the dozen or so hosts we've used, they have had the most unexpected downtime by at least double the second worst. They have also taken upwards of 24 hours to fix outages they've caused with poor communication about the process, which has cost us a ton of business and customers.

Absolutely stay away from this company.

So amazed by how quickly the Reliablesite team resolved my network problem without any delay. With their steady help, my IT guys were able to modify a suitable server as per our clothing business needs. Kudos to your professionalism!
