I bought four leather chairs. They had rips in the leather and rejuvenation did not refund me total cost. They charged me for shipping around $80 and wouldn't refund me that even though chairs were ripped. Bad customer service, beware and don't purchase anything from them.
We ordered a complete Shaw Bedroom set in December. We finally got appointment for delivery in March 2021. Two hours before delivery we had people disassemble our bedroom set and move it to the front yard for donation. Then we got a call that both nightstands and dressers are damaged beyond repair. We had to pay again to re assemble our old set and move them back upstairs. I spoke to the manager at store who couldn't care less. Just offered to cancel the whole order... after waiting for 4 months! Now a month later we got another appointment for delivery. I called them a week ago and they promised to inspect the items before day of delivery. Three days ago they delivered. All items were in un-boxes so obviously no one inspected them. Again both dresser and night stand were damaged. They said someone will call us in a few hours to arrange replacement. Now three days later and no call or email. You think for the price they charge they could provide some service. Would stay away.
Ordered a door lock set from them ($998) and looks nice but works like crap. Lock handle is flimsy and not firm. This is a front door lock and everyone that sees it says they worry about it.
The agent was obstinate and unwilling to help claiming I had 2 orders. I was contacted by email on only one order and also their website showed only one order. I had to go through credit card to cancel payment on second order and it was giant hassle.
I would give Rejuvenation zero stars for horrible customer service if I could. We placed a $2000 hardware order, and the next day all the hardware we purchased went on sale. I called immediately to ask for a price adjustment since clearly, I overpaid for the hardware if they were able to offer it on sale. They would not adjust the price and refused to let me speak to anyone other than the customer service rep that answered the phone. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor, and she told me I couldn't. It will actually cost their company more money for me to return the hardware and reorder it. Wouldn't you think a huge company like this would understand that principle? And wouldn't you think they would want to treat their loyal customers fairly and earn their trust? I'm so disappointed and will never order from this overpriced company again.
Ordered bath fixtures over 10 months ago. They said they shipped my complete order. I never got it. I asked if they have signature of proof of delivery. They said UPS just dropped it off at the site. My house is in the middle of a remodel. Why would you ship fixtures that are worth over $5k without requesting signature for delivery and why would you allow fixtures to be just left in front of gate without notifying the owner? I requested Rejuvenation to reship the products. They are telling me now that it will take another 10 weeks after already waiting over 10 months for my order. I asked them to see if they could contact their vendor and somehow get them to expedite the products since it's been almost a year and this is holding up my remodel. They said they couldn't do anything about it.
Delivery was promised in 2 months. I ordered it in December and didn't receive it until late March. They kept sending me emails saying that the rug was delayed a month. It was delayed twice. Customer service lied and said I would get it in Feb. But I didn't get it until March. Plus the rug is awful quality. Really thin. It's pretty but the quality is so dismal that I don't think it would hold up for any substantial length of time. Nothing like the quality of rugs you could purchase 30 years ago. And it wasn't inexpensive. $3000 for a 9 x 12. Disappointed with the quality but it is a pretty design.
I wish I could give 0 stars! This is worst experience ever! Not only did they change my delivery date from December 15th to being shipped the next day (October 26th), but when I called to get it resolved they blamed me for their errors, told me I had to wait for delivery and then issue a return. However, they're delivering to an address that I don't live at yet since my closing date isn't until November on a new construction. They offered no help to resolve the issues and even charged my credit card erroneously 2 extra charges that were not on my invoice. I was also told they were sending out items I never purchased and that I was now responsible for paying for them and they would not cancel the order. I had to call my credit card company and report the fraud and then I reported this to the BBB.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced in the last few years. Would not suggest purchasing items from here.
Williams Sonoma you are trash for allowing a company to run itself like this one. We placed an order end of August and did not receive three of the items for 4 months, spoke to customer service FIVE TIMES only to be told each time that they did not have contact with the vendor and would get back to us with answers, which they never did. When we finally called to request a refund, way too late, they claimed it was impossible because the items were marked non-returnable and that we could not be put through to anyone else on the phone to escalate the situation, a choice no doubt made by a scared employee who would be penalized somehow for pushing us to another rep. So essentially they have stolen our money without any recourse or insight into when or if we might actually get what we paid for. Not to mention the fact that I found the same items elsewhere for HALF THE PRICE and they wouldn't even offer to price match. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT! SCAM ARTISTS!
I spent 2 hours at 2 separate times talking to sales reps to inquire about my order. Neither time yielded me any answers. The only good things, the product seems nice, you can talk to a human. BAD things pile up fast. It started with me getting a WHOLE LOAD of pending charges on my VISA that I didn't recognize. I called and they had me screen shot all my pending charges. No one ever called me back to explain anything. That was just the beginning... Today's call was to inquire about the ACTUAL charges I got on my visa. NONE of these were answered. ALSO
I don't get an invoice unless I ask. Thats nuts, My trade account is still pending, now locked due to too many times trying to access (who did that, not me?!), None of the numbers charged on my visa match my order, the sales reps while live and human have no answers and you can't talk to a "supervisor" they have to submit a request for a supervisor conversation with me. When do you think they will return the call. Never in my previous experience. I was almost going to have my client place the order for their pendants directly but I am SO glad I didn't do that. They would have been lost, confused, angry at this whole horrible process. WHICH, would reflect on me and my business. I don't care how nice a product is. If the customer service is this horrible, they will never hear from me again and I will take the time to place bad reviews on them on as many places as possible.
Oh lastly, Almost NONE of the phone numbers that you see on their website work.
Add that to the list and this is ONE GARGANTUAN NIGHTMARE COMPANY. Stay away at all costs.
Paid $299 for lamp plus$50 shipping. Within one month switch does not work. It is a bedside lamp. I only use it once a day.
I ordered a rug on sale from Rejuvenation. They charged me $199 for "white glove delivery" which wasn't in the charges until time to hit "place order" (it clearly said that I would be charged a flat rate then switched at the last minute). I called prior to ordering and was told they send their furniture (rugs are considered furniture) on their own trucks, which is, of course ridiculous. Also "white glove delivery" means that they will come in and set it up for the customer. Stupidly, because the rug was on sale, I ordered. A month and 2 calls later, no rug. I finally got in touch with the shipping company that handles all Williams-Sonoma deliveries and was told that they do not do white-glove delivery and haven't in months because of COVID. W-S is aware of this but continue to charge for white-glove. She also told me that they have the worst customer service of all the companies they deal with. SO -- try not to order from them but if you must, be aware of what you are getting into. Oh, when I called Rejuvenation, the sales agent on the phone very quickly refunded my money (normally they say they have no power to do anything) -- it was pretty clear I wasn't the first. He said that they didn't know and that shipping protocol changes daily. Uh huh.
The worst company to do business with. I am a remodeling contractor spending thousands of dollars a year on materials, and will go out of my way to never to business with them again.
We ordered a table in February after checking to confirm the table was in stock and would be soldiered within 4 - 6 weeks. The table arrived at the distribution hub April 28, but no one ever reached out to schedule delivery to our house. After multiple attempts and many frustrating calls they finally scheduled delivery for May 27. When May 27 arrived they cancelled the delivery. I had to make multiple calls to find out what was going on. They sent only the base and not the top. They would not deliver the base (or the rug or chairs we also ordered) until the full order was in. The Table top finally arrived on June 19. We scheduled delivery for June 25 and triple checked that they would deliver the base and top. On June 25 they only delivered the top. They tried to tell me the base was in the box (it clearly wasn't). They are now scheduling delivery of the base for July 20. And all this time; they've had my money. Disgusting. I will never shop another Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Rejuvent brand again. If they can't deliver furniture, what's the point
Rejuvenation is a circus. It is NOT a credible business. Every single order from them has been delayed, backordered, delayed again, damaged. This latest order - my last (I've learned my lesson) - the product was listed as in stock. I called two weeks after the order as no further communication had come regarding my order status. I was told it can take two weeks. I asked for the agent to confirm the sconce was in stock. She said it was and would ship soon. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR WEBSITE IN STOCK STATUS! Trust me on this. 3 days ago I got an email saying my order had shipped. Yesterday I got an email saying my order is on back order for 2 more months. I called today. Was told the fixture is shipping and the shade is on back order. Then I asked why the tracking wasn't working and was told the label was printed. So it hasn't actually shipped. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would get back to me in 72 hours. This company is adept at giving you the runaround. They use "COVID" 2.5 years later as their excuse for inaccurate information on product availability on their website and don't take responsibility for anything. That's also why they removed reviews from their website. Stay away from Rejuvenation and the Williams-Sonoma Group. There are much better companies to support with your hard earned money!

Rejuvenation changed the price on our orders without our consent to a much higher amount. They shipped the items even after I told them "NO, I will not pay that "!
Then they said we had to return the items to get our money back, which we immediately did, see attachment.
They agree we are owed a refund, but they never actually issue it. We have contacted them approximately 20 times to get this resolved.
Now they are saying we owe them $41.67 and that they can't proceed with our refund unless we agree to give the $41.67 dollars. They don't say what the $41.67 dollars is for, but we agreed to it so we can get some of our money back.
Cody left us a voice-mail saying they had to deduct 41.67. We still have the voice-mail as evidence if needed.

I purchased the Putman Classic Lever Exterior Door Hardware Tube Latch Set (item C7750) from Rejuvenation in the fall of 2020. In November, I hired a professional locksmith to install it for me. During the installation, he encountered an issue and called Rejuvenation where he was informed I had purchased the wrong product - they said when I purchased the left-handed indoor pull, I should have purchased the right-handed version (despite the fact that my inner door was hinged on the left). We waited until the new set was delivered and had another locksmith come out to install it. This time we realised the set they sent was not exactly what I'd ordered the first time - the inner piece was the wrong finish. Despite that fact, we installed the piece and it seemed to work for a few weeks until the inner latch stopped connecting with the screw - no matter what we do, the latch just slides over the screw and makes our front door completely unusable from the inside of our house. When I reached out to Rejuvenation about the matter, they were initially skeptical that there was actually a problem. When I described the issue in more detail and sent a picture of our inner door, they admitted I sounded like a product defect and confirmed that I did in fact need a left-handed pull (what I originally ordered). They indicated they would send me a replacement, and although the experience had already been pretty awful by that point, I was grateful for the replacement. However, I was just notified that I won't get the replacement for another month so it will be weeks of being unable to use my front door. After this experience, I will never purchase from or recommend Rejuvenation again. This has been the absolute worst purchase experience I've ever had.
