I would give Rejuvenation zero stars for horrible customer service if I could. We placed a $2000 hardware order, and the next day all the hardware we purchased went on sale. I called immediately to ask for a price adjustment since clearly, I overpaid for the hardware if they were able to offer it on sale. They would not adjust the price and refused to let me speak to anyone other than the customer service rep that answered the phone. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor, and she told me I couldn't. It will actually cost their company more money for me to return the hardware and reorder it. Wouldn't you think a huge company like this would understand that principle? And wouldn't you think they would want to treat their loyal customers fairly and earn their trust? I'm so disappointed and will never order from this overpriced company again.
