We made a booking with Rehlat on 4July 2020 (booking ID: 1624479 &) The ticket cancelled by airline due to the pandemic. We called they said will be processed within 2-3 working days and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum. Here we are 2 year and countless of calls after haven't received any payment yet. Every time I called they promised to speed up the process & will update the refund status within 24hours via email but there was no email received for any of the calls that were made! Rehlat management, please do something here! You cannot treat people like this, do we need to keep begging to get our own hard earned money? How many more complaints should we make before we can receive the refund as promised?
Once you booked and paid you can no longer expect customer service after sales. They will reply to your email with a bot and promise to get back to you within 24 hours but you will wait for the rest of your life for nothing. 20+ emails I've sent none of them get an answer. I ended up contacting Singapore Airlines Head Office to escalate the issue and report them and that's how I got my refund from them. Please do not book from this site and don't waste your money and time.
If I ever start a company that serves customers then I will use Rehlat as an example for how not to do operate. Seeing all these complaints and my own personal experience its safe to say this company is under very poor management. If you have avoided this company then you are very very lucky.
There customer support would promise to solve your issue in the next 48 something hours which would end up taking months and months to the point where you would give up hope -- thats when someone will wake up at Rehlat office and get on with accounts and resolve issues.

It's been 2 years now but still not yet recieved my ticket refund. Last 6 days i recieved an email that 4 to 5 days my refund will be credited to my account ands i tried to coordinate with my bank but still not credited.
As mostly ofyou already know the refund process with Rehlat is taking so long time if you didn't follow up with them it will take longer than usual thanks to Anji one of the customer service agent he was concerned about this and he already arrange for me the refund. Thanks to him

I booked 3 ticket on April 6-2020 in Emirates through Rehlat, but due to covid 19 travel restriction flight has been cancelled. I keep on requesting refund but every time they replying like this "We have not yet received the Refund Authorization from the airlines and we have been in continuous follow up with the Airlines. Please note that this process may take much longer than expected and we are sorry". My friend also booked Emirates ticket at that time from Emirates directly and he got refund 3 month before. It is almost 7 to 8 months i am requesting refund. All airline company and other travel agencies are started refund.It is very disappointing. Why they block people's money?

Their customer care is really pathetic. Any cancellation or change requests take so much time that your flight would have already taken off by the time they respond. I have tried the email options and call options but the customer care always has the standard reply to wait for 24 hrs which never get over. By the time they respond either the rates would have gone so high or your flight would have taken off. Please abstain from booking in case you expect your travel plan to change by any chance
Post the review on this site I was contacted by Ms Candida Alexander and my problem was resolved in quick time. I really appreciate the concern shown by the Customer Delight team in resolving the issue post escalation in quick time and for their courteousness. I expect that the next time these things happen without escalation.

Tried it once, as it showed lowest ticket price on price comparison search. Upon reaching their site, with introduced hidden fee which basically made it equal to others.
I paid using Debit card, and was debited. Then few days later I noticed email saying there is problem with my payment and I should call them. I confirmed it's not scam email but legit. I called and the guy on the phone was rude, talking to me like some ignorant person (I'm computer engineer!). I told him what happened and he asked me doubtingly "How come?". I told him I should be asking that question, as I'm reading their email right now. He kept insisting there is no such email and that everything is fine.
Eventually, everything was fine. But what was that email then? And what kind of support is that?
