Very efficient service
Ive had some of these polar packs for several years and wanted to buy some more. This proved a bit difficult as most websites were out of stock and didn't know if they would have any more in, so I was more then pleased to find some on this website. Ordering was very easy and delivery times very good.

The delivery experience was not. ParcelForce did not advise me of the pending delivery or offer me the option of authorising them to leave the parcel in my shed. They left it at a "local" post office which was, for me, a 13 mile round trip. It didn't open until 9am so I got caught in traffic and had difficulty parking. Since I work away during the week I only have weekends at home and this was not my idea of a pleasant way to spend my free time. I have had many parcels delivered by other couriers and not had this issue.
Providing it arrives tomorrow as requested I will be delighted. Easy and good value.
