4 stars was because the order process was a it hit & miss, kept having to go back and do things again. Once ordered, items were delivered quickly and as described.

I was able to find small haylage nets suitable for ponies at Redpost Equestrian which had eluded me on a thorough search elsewhere up to this point. Customer service was great when I contacted them about a payment issue and the nets arrived quickly and are already in use. Thank you!

There was an issue in that I ordered and paid for something that was out of stock, Eve contacted me immediately and apologised and sorted us out with a similar product with a discount as way of apology. The goods were sent that day and received the next. Very impressed with the service, and we will certainly return.

Very efficient! I looked everywhere for that product and only found one that cost 25% more than Redpost so I am very pleased! It arrived the next day which was the icing on the cake. I'll certainly shop at Redpost again!

The jodphurs were lovely but I am a size 10 and the medium was too small I had to send them back.
