Excellent service and product
I received my beautiful boots as shown and described on your web page. Unfortunately, they were really too big. I think that I would have needed two sizes smaller, but I would have had to pay further delivery charges, and return charges if necessary again because I live outside the UK. I did about it because I really loved the boots, but there was a bigger problem and decider.
My expensive package was left on my doorstep outside IN THE RAIN on a main pedestrianized street. I was at home waiting because I was advised of the delivery time, so there was absolutely no need to leave such a large and expensive purchase outside. I only discovered the very wet plastic package some hours later when I received a visitor. So, that is the main reason that I would be reluctant to order with Redpost again.
If I could be sure that an expensive item I have paid for is delivered and handed to me when I am told of their delivery time, then of course I would definitely re-order and recommend.

Your in house service staff were very helpful and your online store was easy to navigate. Dispatched and received much faster than originally expected. You are my first port of call for good quality and value for money equestrian products. I like the fact that I can use my points balance (no matter how small) to discount any product in my shopping basket. Other stores should follow your reward scheme and ability to redeem without a preset quota. Thanks!

Only had one criticism and that was I purchased on Saturday for a next day delivery, received an email to say it would be delivered the next day but did not arrive and I contacted Redpost who were very polite and helpful and I received the parcel on Tuesday. The link was sent from my daughter, who will be the recipient of the top, she lives in Australia. She has excellent taste and will only wear good quality items.
Spoke to a lady at the shop who was exceptionally helpful and I decided to definitely buy following my conversation with her. Hoping that the size will be correct but I have been put at ease that if it isn't right, I can get another size etc. Sorry, didn't get her name! Thank you!

Although I had to return the Ariat boots that I ordered for my husband as they did not fit, the service I received from Redpost was first class. Sherry went out of her way to contact Ariat to see if the boots came in wider fitting and telephoned me to discuss alternative options.
