Customer service contacted me to say an item I had ordered was discontinued, and were extremely patient and helpful in finding a similar item which was cheaper. The refund for the difference came through immediately and the items arrived next day.

I ordered a pair of veredus overeach carbon boots, I needed them urgently as my horse keeps pulling shoes off in field, which is extremely soul destroying!the boots arrived before 12noon the following day, which was perfect, but they were too big. I telephoned customer service and explained my predicament they acted promptly and efficiently and managed to send me another pair out that day (even though I was past their deadline), which I received the following day.boots are perfect and they are, so far keeping shoes
on :). I also found when returning the larger size boots an extremely easy service.
