I needed a lightweight rug in a hurry due to my horse ripping his other new one, and it being slightly too mild to go into his full winter wardrobe, the rug I ordered was delivered by the date and time expected so a fantastic service! It was a rug brand I've bought previously so had anticipated it would fit!

I was buying an all-weather coat on behalf of my mother, I phoned for help and received good advice; sadly the coat wasn't quite right so I have returned, however I was impressed with the company especially when I phoned them. (Assuming my refund will be straight forward!)
