Easy straightforward ordering with express delivery available very cheaply. Many websites appeared to offer the rug I wanted but actually did not have it in stock. I received it next day as promised and am very pleased with it - so is my horse!

Bought a rug which I found slightly cheaper with another retailer, but there were hidden costs so decided to purchase from what I consider to be a reputable company.
Also asked for additional information on another product and the customer service team quickly responded and offered alternatives for me to consider.

Trouble free ordering and delivery. Unfortunately it did not fit so needed to be sent back. Would have found it easier if return forms were in with my parcel. I don't have a printer so had to get my son to print.
