Your internet service is great. But what I really like is that if I have a query - you have a telephone number and I can pick up the 'phone and speak to a knowledgeable member of staff who has access to my account.
I couldn't wish for more. The perfect blend of 'clicks and bricks' as they say.

I ordered a product that when it arrived I found to be unsuitable, which was my error. As the shop did not have a suitable alternative I requested another product of similar value, with the offer to pay the balance. This was carried out with no quibble whatsoever, and pretty much by return.
I would definitely shop with Redpostequestrian again, and would have no problem recommending them to others.
The support team is so helpful and understanding. I ordered the wrong size before a competition abroad and they managed to correct it so quickly. Will continue to use them as my first choice! Used them for over a year already. Not a bad word to say. Really really fantastic.

First order from Redpost. I wished to have the item embroidered before delivery, but was unable to input my special instructions due to a minor issue with the website. However a quick phone call to Redpost and the issue was resolved immediately. Very friendly, yet professioanl service. Higly Recommended!

The product arrived in perfect condition and was very happy when it did come. It fits perfectly and the sizing was true to the sizing guide. I was also very happy with the price of my order, as it was $200 cheaper than the only other place I could find it in Australia. I did contact the company with some customer service questions and they responded very clearly and quickly. Because I live in Australia, shipping took a little bit longer than expected, but other than that I have no negative reactions to Redpost Equestrian and will definitely purchase items difficult to find in Australia from them again.
