Unfortunately the product I ordered did not fit, but it arrived quickly. It was easy to return using the free post label online. As soon as it was received at its destination I missed a call but had a message left to say they were unable to order the size I wanted as it had gone out of stock, no fault of theirs. They gave me the option to choose some other kind of footwear or have a full refund, I opted for the latter & in minutes I received emails to say my refund was underway. I cannot fault the service I received & I will be back to shop again. Cannot thank you enough

I accidentally purchase a different item than I intended and it was but it was easily corrected thanks to your brilliant service team. Speedy dispatch and (attempted) Despite having to change out items after the order had been packaged. Royal Mail then went on to misplace my delivery at my local depot but that was their fault and all go sorted in the end.

Happy customer, will be back.
