I booked a stay through redeem to Atlanta, GA. I saved tons of money. The trip was for me & my oldest son. We were a nice room. When I went to check in everything went smoothly. There was no issues. The location was perfect. Redeem will be the only way we book known We had a ball.
My initial problems with Redeem Vacations has now been resolved. Great customer service and appreciate all the emails and help to fix this. Looking forward to my trip away. Thank you
I have received my offer I haven't used it yet to go in details if it's real or not. This is my first time and I haven't even been where I am going to even see the place to rate but when I do go I definitely will explain how my overall experience was. Thanks for the opportunity I'm grateful. Ooooh and I had to pay $93 and some change for taxes and fees but I'm sure that's money for this website. They have to make money too I guess. That's my honest opinion so far.
First red flag was when we were unable to see any of the availability nor hotel selections prior to paying for the service. Once we did pay (because reviews looked good) we found there was no availability at our location for the month of our wedding (looking to book a honeymoon). They say they won't issue refunds nor show us what would be available during our intended honeymoon.
I'm very unhappy on the option I was given to book in Dubai. I would rather spend more money to stay at a nicer place than to plan my entire trip around the single option that they gave me that I could have booked myself (had I known what the hotel was) on booking.com for $40.
The dates I were looking for not available, all the dates for all the hotels in the city were fulffiled entirely. Befor booking the dats you have to pay activation fees about 240 CAD. After paying fees I was not available to get any dates. It was a waste of money. The dates for which hotels were available were very cheap one star hotel. You need to pay additional fees while booking the hotel. So if the total for the hotel is 350 for 3 nights, you will end up paying more than 450 $ with redeem vacation. These people should pay for scamming the users. When I contacted the customer support regarding changing the location and requesting dates, NOBODY responded to me.
The online booking process was easy and straightforward. The two hotel options for the city we were interested in both looked nice and one hotel had all the amenities we wanted. We got a bit lucky with the availability dates, many of the days were already full, but we were able to schedule a good time for our trip.
While the process to book the vacation was easy enough, the whole thing is very deceiving. Limited hotels and nights available to travel. You can't see the options before you commit. I would not recommend to anyone.
Good evening we were disappointed to have to pay the tourist taxes before being able to see the hotels available in the periods wanting more we regret that it is not specified that there are supplements for certain dates and then that few hotel is accessible for a given date that is to say for example for we had only one choice of hotel for the chosen dates
Was part of a package and am extremely disappointed that you had to pay the activate my offer fee to see the hotels and times available. Unfortunately I can't use the package and am out the $100 for the activate my offer and they so far have refused to refund my money. This is a scam!

I don't like the way that I had to pay fist only to find that I couldn't book as it was under 30 days. Given all the travel restrictions at the moment, it is too hard to plan a holiday too far into the future and when the budget is a concern, having to pay in advance only to find out I can't use the deal at all, feels like I have fallen victim to a scam. I understand that I am able to use the hotel deal in the future but what if I don't stay in that location? Or am there for a different amount of time? I also didn't like that I was unable to see exactly what hotels were available. I am feeling a little ripped off.
I wasn't told by my agent the voucher couldn't be used in the first 30 days and she knew I had planned on using the voucher in 2 weeks I wouldn't have put my money into a vacation destination that I couldn't use for this scheduled vacation time for one. For two she never told me before I paid the fees and taxes that there were no weekend days available until February of 2022 and she knew I wAs planning my vacation as a weekend getaway so I wasted 116 bucks of my vacation money on this voucher that was useless right now. None of the myrtle beach vacation dates available are even on the beach like I was led to believe they were I've only seen 2 different hotels when I tried to book days with the voucher no variety of where we could stay at all just one hotel available? Feels very scam like in nature... I was so excited thinking I had found a great travel agent for booking trips but now I'm not so sure this is a company with great credentials
The site is ok and mostly user-friendly. However, it would be better if a list of hotels were listed that is available to be booked rather than based on availability. I have no idea what's available in the area at all.
The hidden hotel is in a good location. It was a little to dark for my liking, I didn't care for the view(just buildings), staff was very friendly and no microwave in the room,( it was one down stairs though I found out later).
I was also able to get a weekend stay without paying any extra. Im just giving my opinion it's not a complaint. Overall I'll give the experience with redeem vacations a 4 out of 5 stars!
I need a vacation at this time when everything fell apart around us. At this time when this is hard for us. It was unexpected for me to win this amazing opportunity to travel and relax in which I deserve for some me-time. I can hardly wait until I picked the date to enjoy this wonderful gift that has been given to me. It would be my first pick, but who knows all the fun awaiting me in the near future. I am excited and over joy about this upcoming trip.
I was wondering to enjoy my vacations on may and everything is blocked so disappointed about that they never told you that could happen but okay it's a free incentive, but if I knew it before, probably I could think about another dates!
I was initially disappointed that there was no way to see what hotels we can choose from. I made a support ticket about it and support reached out to me promptly. I have since made a booking for one of the resorts and checked in. The service, amenities and activities are exceeding my expectations. I would do it again!
Completing the activation and everything was fine and easy, BUT you do not give a nice selections of rooms and cannot do weekends. That is a turn off in my opinion as you would think at least one weekend day or a weekend once a month deal.
The experience of navigating through was simple. We found that there were limited options (1-2) of places to stay despite the off peak times and the option dates to book did not go past the current year.
I've been very disappointed in the availability of dates to travel. There are only 3 weeks for an entire year that even have 5 nights available which is what my voucher is for. I was told I would have "plenty of dates to choose from" - I'm sorry but 3 options is NOT plenty. I also think that making customers pay the resort taxes and fees to even see travel dates is wrong. If I had known that there weren't any dates that would work for me over the next year, I would have waited to pay those for now.
Answer: Hi Tina the Fives beach hotel is not all-inclusive, you can add optional discounted all-inclusive when you book your travel dates
