Not very happy at all. I was searching for the present owner and previous owners. Then a additional fee popped up showing a additional charge for this information and then read you only provide information available to you. You can correct me if I am wrong.

I accidentally purchased a subscription and was a little irked but the customer service was great and cancelled the subscription for me without hammering me to stay and double checked my last purchase so I knew I did it myself. Then they proceeded to refund the money for that accidental purchase was overall very patient.

I have solid information that Mr. X, a resident of Kansas, died in New Mexico on a particular date a few years ago, but I need to confirm it. I found records of Mr. X in Kansas, but no death record. Please allow me to explain why you have been charged, after taking a look at your account, it appears we have not received an email in regards to cancellation. Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed.
