In August of this year. I wanted to see if "Records Finder"was any good,so I tried it. I entered my required information. Within a few seconds. The screen showed my personal info. It recommended that I get a full report. I paid for a full report. I printed off my full report. I wasted about 20 pages of ink and paper for a report that read "not found" under every category! Unacceptable! That is not where it ends. Obviously, very disappointed, I Immediately canceled my subscription. I have been charged every month since then. "RIDICULOUS"

I spent a few $ to check my record for a job but wasn't aware it automatically enrolled me in a membership so was surprised when I was charged $25. Please allow me to explain why you have been charged, after taking a look at your account, it appears we have not received an email in regards to cancellation. Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed. If the account is not canceled after the trial period, the customer will be charged the monthly billing fee.
