Had acupuncture from Harmony and massages from Barbara. Both women were very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. They have helped me with my issues and I am grateful to both of them. I would highly recommend this center and these clinicians!
There's no other way to put it: the healing power of this practice is like magic to me. Within the first month of treatment, I saw a dramatic decrease in the symptoms that were plaguing me for so long. Harmony listens and zeros-in to the root of the problem and develops a plan that WORKS! I can't say enough good things about Reclaim Wellness! So happy I found this place.

I have been seeing Harmony & Lauren for a couple years and they are phenomenal. I started coming because of a painful foot issue. The only relief was thru acupuncture. They are great, understanding & kind. Staff is also awesome.
My little sister told me about Reclaim Wellness and the wonderful ladies Harmony, Lauren and Sharon who helped her to be able to conceive and suggested I go there for Acupuncture. I went not really knowing what to expect and was blown away! Harmony and Lauren are very knowledgeable, sweet and functional medicine is their jam! I have never felt so listened to, and secure before. My bloodwork results were analyzed and everything was explained in such detail and a game plan was made. I was told to give it a few months of getting Acupuncture twice a week and I also was advised what vitamins and supplants to take based on some deficiencies and not being able to sleep or stay calm. After having Covid everything was out of wack and Harmony and Lauren were the people I can't thank enough for letting me know that I could and would feel better and then making it happen! I also went to a mediation sound bath, where they did readings and mine was on point. Both of my brother in laws, sisters and my Dad and I all go here now and have had a million things cured. I moved away and took a break and feel like crap again and now that I'm able to start going again I can't wait to feel good again! The whole team from Sharon being so friendly and patient at the front desk to everyone else who kindly greets you in a lovely aromatherapy setting with heat lamps, how can you not feel like you're in a spa that's making you feel better from the inside out. I can't thank all of you enough!
After many years of living with multiple symptoms and chasing the cause, I am finally feeling some relief.
I have seen western doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, been x-rayed, blood tested and more. My current doctor ran a battery of blood tests and gave me more referrals to other specialists because he "knows something is going on, but is baffled".
I left feeling hopeless.
I decided to call Lauren at Reclaim and ask her opinion. I've known Lauren for many years and I trust her.
Lauren looked at all the testing my doctor had performed and immediately saw some things that stood out. She chose supplements and diet changes to deal with the EBV that I was harboring, lower inflammation, and boost my immune system.
It's been a month.
After about two weeks of treatment a fog seemed to lift. I felt like I could think clearer. The cycle my body would go through on a regular basis seemed to easing up.
My cycle would start with my lips getting leathery, then a migraine would start, I would have digestive issues and often throw up. Then get a cold sore at the end.
The cycle happened more and more often as I aged.
Since I started Lauren's treatments it has not happened. I am hopeful that staying on the treatment will provide further relief to my joints as I continue with the supplements.
It is amazing to me that Lauren could so quickly see what so many others couldn't.

Great experience with both Harmony and Lauren. They listen and are very detailed oriented with their clients. I appreciated their approach with help in perimenopausal symptoms. I went from feeling around a 5 to a 9 in a couple of visits and support with lifestyle changes. If you don't take time for your health, you will be forced to with your sickness. Just my quality of life has improved and for that, I am grateful.

This was an amazing experience that I will carry with me forever. The environment was incredibly peaceful and spiritual. After experiencing pain in my lower leg, I came to Reclaim Wellness for massage therapy. After a few months we added accupunture treatments. It was an excellent choice. I continue with my massage treatments every three weeks to keep me limber.
