Stephen is on time, reliable, & has great people skills. He appears calm but is quick to be of service. He sold my place & got me another so that I closed & sold on the same day. Not an easy feat but he accomplished it.
I was interested in an unit in Delray Beach and it was available on the realtor.com website. The website wanted me to pay an application fee of USD 52 and after the payment was made I received a SMS that the unit was unavailable. Is this a swindle, or not? If a unit is unavailable the website should not be asking for an application fee!

I spent $12k and got 100 buyer leads. Lots of Realtors, dreamers looking at manufactured homes, and people pissed off I called. Total waste of money. I tried to cancel since I didn't sign anything. They said the phone conversation was binding. Going to collections now. They can pound sand. Worse than flushing money down the drain.

Company is good for spam calling random numbers to ask about properties states away. Would never use these incompetent bozo's as there site info is out of date.
I gave this company a chance a year or 2 ago and it was bad. Afterwards they called over and over for years till the point I decided to give it another try. Well jokes on me! Leads are even worse now. Leads are duplicates that they also SELL with Opcity. (Have proof of that) leads that will kit even qualify for $10k. Leads that are so aggressive because there info has been giving to 100's of realtors so they are just pissed you are number 101 to contact them! I reached out to them, AJ Tizigbar in specific. He called me once offering me more leads! Yeah no thanks, more effort and time on my end and still the crap quality. He said there's nothing they do, at the end of your contract you can submit a review but out of previous experience I know that never happens and they will come up with a reason to decline you. All together a piss poor company with the worst customer service!
Something to celebrate! My year contract is done and over with! Best day! Realtor.com is a rip off, the last leads I received were yet again complete crap! I paid for exclusive leads, yet a common response is " a realtor just contacted me and is willing to help! " now keep in mind, there's not ever been not even a 3 minute wait between me receiving the lead and responding…. So what's this unshared mean?!? Yet another way to lure in agents and rip them off?
Then to finish up this horrid year of crap leads, there's this!
After leaving comments here for the past year, I hope you all take this to heart and not walk but run away from buying leads from Realtor.com, it's a rip off and this company doesn't reply or is acknowledging any wrongdoing. If I could rate it a big fat 0 I would!
Opcity and upnest are Realtor.com Lead service products sold to Realtors. They send you a lead and then you and YOUR BROKERAGE (so all agents in your brokerage) have to pay them for the next 2 years for that lead or anyone that lead knows. Its a HUGE problem since an agent at a brokerage could get a lead and not get that lead engaged - and then one month or 14 months down the line a different agent at that brokerage could get that same lead organically or from a lead service and Realtor.com will demand payment regardless of any proof you can give no exceptions. Avoid at all cost

Our agent was amazing. This agent Yorky Corcho Suarez, La Rosa Realty, never came with buyer to show our house and not even walk through. His negligence cost us more than $4000 in out of pocket expenses because of the agent and the lending company. He finally showed up after so many delays of closing and it was time for commission. So many unethical responses I wish I could refuse his commission part and our agent deserved his as well. The lender Chris Estevez was just as bad thank you for our out of pocket expenses due to your procrastination.
I was looking at a certain property a couple years ago. It asked for my number and email if i wanted any info on the property. I wasn't looking to buy right that minute, i just wanted some general information, so i put my info in. I was thinking maybe they'd send an email with some extra info or call to connect me with someone that has that info but instead what i got was; an almost immediate(less than 5 minutes) after i put my number in i get a call from someone who is VERY excited that i wanna spend some money (I didn't). I said as much and ended the call and for MONTHS afterwards i would get like 5-10 calls not just from that number but from a BUNCH of different numbers(scammers love spoofing numbers) on a daily basis, so i blocked all of them. This is clearly a scam to get you to spend money, and the only reason i'm making this review is because TODAY, a solid 2 YEARS later, i got another call from some mf in India calling himself "James" about it. It Boggles the mind.

I have been searching for a rental in Atlanta for over a month. Sadly, I am becoming an expert at finding high-jacked listings. Not what you want when looking for a new home. When I report the listing, they check and either remove or update, which is a plus. But I want to find somewhere to live, not investigate whether or not it is an actual rental or location. Use realtor.com sparingly, and check, check, check! Especially if someone contacts you directly via text.
Realtor.com was once the best consumer-friendly RE site, when they offered a 'Hide Pending/Contingent' filter button on their PC-friendly website; but that filter is now gone, putting Realtor.com in the same category as their competition websites. I never visited Zillow or Redfin, just because that feature was lacking on those sites (and still is). To Realtor.com's credit, the filter still does exist on the MAC iOS version of the app (Apple probably required its inclusion on the iPhone app).
When looking for available properties, who wants to waste time with Pending/Contingent listings? My message to Realtor.com: don't wait until the next market crash to bring back the 'Hide Pending/Contingent' filter, do it now.
Oh, so many things to list that do not work on this site. And it has nothing to do with my own computer as I used to imagine.
For instance, take a look at the photos I provide.
In the first, New York has somehow lost its ability to have a Washington County.
In the second, I type in New York in the search bar and they don't even try to clarify State? Town? Street? New York City? What kind of New York do you want? Instead, they give me listing for New Hampshire.
I tried to get an issue on my consumer profile, called the customer service and after sending me to 4 different people and 56 minutes on the phone, they said they have to create a case number then someone will reach out to me via email or? Within 48 hours...really? No one to talk to now that fix the issue? Professionalism...NO! Use ZILLOW THIS SITE STINKS!
The site gives a ballpark figure of property value & it's not even close to real appraisal they overpriced, there's no housing shortage they make this stuff up as they go. I'm a cash buyer searching since March and all I see is overpriced junk looking for a mark and allow realtors to post false prices. I know you can charge whatever but your estimator should be close to actual real life value. Your misleading and fraudulent
Tip for consumers:
Search county records and always ask relitor who came up with price? Most go by what realitors say what they can get which is always overpriced. But realitors wouldn't do that if realitor.com was honest about value. Look at other home value in the area that sold in the past 6 months if nothing has sold then county appraisal. Why spend hundreds of dollars for a appraisal or waste your time or banks if you need a loan just for them to ask for a difference

I haven't bought anything yet because over priced issues and lack of on market off market pending and the relitors are shady
App states that my home was sold a few months back. Checked public records and nothing has changed. No real way to contact anyone about the error.
Tip for consumers:
Inaccurate information
I have used the company in the past and they were easy to work with. Now they use nothing excuses the market is slow and interest rates are high so people are not looking. I don't totally disagreed but adjust you pricing accordingly. Now they say the leads are only a projection. They have become a total scam. They also say they only place two agents in the area you purchase in and that is not true either because they sell leads to brokers for their agents.

The sales agent assured me that it was a risk-free investment to try them out for 6 months. I gave them over $500 and received a number of leads that were simply curiosity and not vetted at all. In addition, I was never able to use the app on my phone and all they would say is this is who we are and this is what we do. This was definitely a tremendous waste of money for me as a realtor and I will never use them again.
Tip for consumers:
I was assured by the sales agent that I would be reimbursed if the product did not perform as expected. He told me I had no risk. That was not true. Once I signed up, he stopped answering emails and the people who reach out to me simply read a script and did nothing to rectify the situation.

Yet again I write about these crooks.
A listing (Woodward Drive. Abbeville. AL) has a photo...and little else.
Contact info is a realtor with no idea of this listing.
Actual realtor is Tom T-Bo Hattaway, a novice realtor with only this listing, which is listed as sold or available. Listed 2 days ago.
FYI, I have heard that they charge real realtors an incredible amount to handle the sale of one of their referrals.
Do NOT use one of their referrals!

Anyone who can click a button will count as a lead. You will get tons of leads for the least expensive listing in your area, which will typically be an old mobile home on leased land which isn't even actual real estate and almost impossible to finance. It won't matter though, because the "lead" is usually a bogus number and/or email, or they don't answer, or they tell you their credit score is 420 but they really want you to help them. When my year was up (don't think I wasn't counting the days!) Realtor.com sent me an email that for some reason went into my Spam folder, saying I would be automatically charged and re-upped for another period of time if they didn't hear from me in a matter of days. Imagine how surprised I was to see another $480 charge on my CC statement! It took hours of time and trouble with both the bank and Realtor to get the charges reversed.

The listing details are much easier to read than on Zillow and it has room sizes which I think are important. It's way too slow to update though.
Rhonda Tipton worst realtor to use from a distance. She never had our back. Seller and her lied to us right up to the end. When we finally got to the house she never had the sellers hold up to their promise. She never even met us at the house when we got here. She knew she screw us over. Cost us thousands of dollars in repairs. Shameful. Be careful shes as sweet as pie Dont fall for it.
We reduced the price of our house yesterday substantially. It is the weekend and were hoping for all the exposure we could get to sell our home asap.
Realtor.com advertises that it updates every 15 minutes. We reduced the price almost 24 hours ago, other real estate companies have posted the reduced price but not realtor.com. Don't claim that you update every 15 minutes when you do not follow through.
They are the worst of the worst. I can't believe I gave them over 900 dollars and they won't return a call. The Leads are crap and the address and numbers are no good. I am paying that much for 10-12 leads. Calling my credit card company since I have not response from them in 7 days on one issue and 19 days on another. If I treated my customers like you treated me I would be ashamed of my self and anyone who choose to work here.
We bought our house through Realtor.com, I give all the credits to the agent Angeline Colon. She is the most sweet girl, since the beginning of our " adventure" trying to get a house. She provided us a Deluxe service! She did an spectacular job from the beginning and walked hand in hand with us until the end of the road. We couldn't have done it without her. Thank you so much Angie and Tom!
I emailed them regarding a property and received a call from someone foreign ended conversation when they asked me too many personal questions in addition they were not responding to the property I was interested in. Replied to another ad received text message I asked for email address was told to call when I sent another text it failed? Replied to several other listings not ONE response? Very strange considering I explained to them I was preapproved by the VA?
