It is bogus that you require an affirmation that I must provide agreement to. Be contacted by a realtor. Hawaii Revised Statutes requires:
1. If your company makes any $$ for referring a realtor it must be disclosed prior to requesting that authorization. You did not.
2. No referral or Commission monies can be paid to anyone except a licensed real estate Brokerage located in the USA. If so licensed that information must be featured prominently at the top of any marketing material, or solicitation. It was not

Answer: Scam, they will not provide what they promise. They over promise and do not deliver at all, they are cocky unresponsive, unprofessional and rude. Worst experience ever.
