Awful miserable expierence with a tech company that locks you into a contract then never cancels it after you cancel when your contract is up.
I was not happy with the product, company or service. I still paid until my contract they forced me to sign was up. I canceled when they raised my fee a ridiculous amount for the same outdated product.
They keep charging my card and I'm not the only one it looks like.
I'm just tired of companies doing this. They hope we won't notice. Well, we notice.
I think RG has a pretty good website. Lot's of good features but it's a bit of a learning curve. If someone doesn't know much about putting these websites together it can be challenging. That's why there is an entire industry set up around putting together a RealGeeks website. But then that's becuase there is so much that can be done so... sort of a double edged sword.
They sold me on the integration of a CRM and Facebook Ads via an integrated IDX feed, etc. but turns out you can't edit your site if you are not an HTML Expert, you can't integrate the IDX results into customer property searches and without an effective, elegant finished website, all these other tools are meaningless. I'll be searching elsewhere.
