Ordered the product on October 10th before 5PM EST, Product did not ship until the 16th, even with a $40 shipping charge. Product did not arrive until the afternoon of October 21.11 days to complete an order for a set of quarter fenders? That seems a little long, especially if I can get a set ordered locally from a supplier to arrive on a stock order in 1-4 days.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
