Took too long to ship. Most places I order from ship a lot quicker and then give a tracking #. Took over a week for my order to ship. No tracking #. When I tried to contact the company took several days for them to respond. Larry B. Beck
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
